been itching to post this since Friday when it all occurred, but im a superstitious man, when a withdrawal is processing, i love the site and it can do no wrong, not its been finally confirmed as processed its time to vent.

If i can stop just one person, just one, from going through the utter crap i went through Friday night then this post has been worth it, for the love of god Jesus or budda do not play here unless you psychically cannot play anywhere else.

Lets go back to Friday, ive been paid, got the itch to play some slots, allready cashed a very nice profit from betat, and wanted a change, felt like playing some WMS, and thought it was about time to see what the new jackpotparty software is like, So i download slotsmagic client, log in, deposit on a £50 match all good so far, then i click on a slot. Heres where the fun starts, wont load, try others, wont load, relog the client 8 times, slots will not load, finally FINALLY get super jack pot party to load, and after setting my auto-play settings hit spin, error. I did record alot of my "session" however i deleted the videos the next day as i was rather drunk while recording and every 2 words was profanity, No-one wants to see that.

So i contact live support, they basically said they don't know what the problem is, great, after 10 more times of trying to load various games i finally get wizard of ozz to load, showing me £50 in my balance where is my bonus? Again i go to live support, get told i cannot play branded slots, I ask them to define what that means, and get "any branded slot you cannot play with bonus funds" as i had made 2-5 spins on oz i was nervous if i did make the WR id get the old "you broke the terms, heres your deposit back were keeping the rest" so 45 mins later i finally got support to tell me in plain English that you can play any slot but it wont count to wagering, fine.

This is about 2 hours since my deposit now, ive probably had about 20 spins in 2 hours, after restarting the client, yet again, i get zues 3 to load, and i just think screw it, im going to win or lose on this slot and be done with this crappy outfit, for the next 2 hours i had to monitor the slot litreally not taking my eyes of it as every 1-50 spins the awesome error would come and if i was lucky id only have to reload the game 2-3 times, if unlucky the next 10 mins id spend rebooting the client and game.

I was so frustrated by this point i started suicide betting even tho i was up at my deposit, you know its bad when you are literally not bothered about busting you just cannot take the crap anymore, i started doing £4 spins on about a £130 bankroll and got very lucky, hit 60ish x very early and my bank went up significantly, not going to bore you all with the rest of the story, but it took HOURS. to meet the WR, what should have taken say... 1-2 enjoyable slotting hours, ended up taking 6 painstaking hours of reloading slots / the client, i turned my £50 into over £400, and let me be clear, im not saying there is anything wrong with the slots, when they work! The problem lies with the client as it will randomly close the slot, kick you out of the client, spin and not stop ( think i waited 10 mins once and it didn't stop ) or just give you 1 of about 4 different errors i saw and force a hard restart, that doesn't work, you have to manually do it every time and the success rate of getting the game playable is about 25%.

What angers me more than anything else is this is the "new" JPP, a site i actually enjoyed even tho i know i lost a hell of alot more than i made, but if i wanted to play WMS id go there as the payments were fast, i liked the design and the slots were perfect in terms of no errors or lags.

This is the email i got today.

another joke really, yes im happy i get a weekend cashout, but why not treat everyone the same? its probably because they can check my play history from JPP and know im somewhat of a big player in terms of alot of regular deposits, well slotsmagic, until i get the all clear from people on this board that you have drastically improved, your software will not be gracing my desktop anytime soon, and since there now seems alot more options for WMS games on different sites, there is now no reason to use you.

Yes, that's effing evil when you deposit and then find games unplayable.
Glad you made it and got paid.

What worries me most is the insinuation you've been paid promptly (which JPP did routinely without prejudice) under the expectation you post rosy comments on Faecebook or other social fora/media. Does this suggest they are just being 'nice' at the moment to keep old JPP players and the cashouts will decelerate significantly in future?

tbh with you dunover, i wont be around to answer that question for you, but it had crossed my mind aswell. the argument could be made i should have tested the slots on free-play to make sure everything is a-ok and i do this on sites im new to, but i got blinded by the fact this site is/was the old JPP, where the slots played fantastic so didn't even think to check.

I re-read the post and tbh i sound a little like a selfish brat, i won a decent bit of money, got my documents verified in 24 hours and a cashout in the same time frame, Thats all well and good, but the nightmare of actually playing the slots has left a sour taste, I feel like loyalty factors a whole lot in gambling online, everyone has there favorite sites for different reasons, JPP was in my top 5 and now i wouldnt deposit there with my brothers money, let along my own! that's how infuriating it was.

I too was getting those errors for quite a while initially but later found out if you close down Facebook, YouTube and any other site and/or programs that takes up a persistent connection the errors go away. I am actually really enjoying Slotsmagic now, just made another £170 withdrawal, although I do hate the fact you cannot deposit whilst having a withdrawal pending. Especially when they keep offering me new bonuses :(

I had a very similar first experience with Slots Magic. You are fully within your right to complain. The joy of winning is killed by the constant frustration from connection problems. I also won on my first time playing there but I considered it compensation.

When I requested to have my account closed afterwards they gave me £75 bonus. But the problems were worse on this session. Why would they try to entice me back with a bonus whenever the problems have not been fixed? I had explained in full many times about the issues I had.

I just find it amazing that they took a sucessful product like Jackpot Party and managed to fuck it up so badly that even if I wanted to continue playing after the switch, I can't.

It's STILL a fault their end as other casinos seem to be able to cope with this. In any case, it's whether the players' bandwidth can cope that should govern the necessity of doing this, the casino experience should only be affected if the player runs out of bandwidth.

Maybe it's the casino site that is so bandwidth hungry compared to others, so there is too little left to service things like Facebook and the casino without causing contention of resources. So what exactly is this casino doing that others don't that requires these extra resources?

It's not bandwidth hungry but rather CPU hungry. Even the lobby has my laptop running at 100% CPU and i've never experienced this at any other site. When clicking on a game my connection stays at idle. Any time between 2-20 minutes the connection will suddenly establish and the game will start to download. You better pray it downloads 100% because if it stops before that, you're in for another long wait in most cases. Once the game finally loads I start to play and then suddenly ERROR!. Now the game wants to reload and its back to square one.

I got all the standard technical advice as well including restarting my computer/router, use a different browser, close other applications ect. It's funny how all their advice puts the blame on my end and not theirs. They would rather pass the blame instead of correcting the problems. Surely they must have at least one person working there who has tested the site for themselves and know that it's broken?

That has to be a software problem. Is this browser based or download casino?

Download based, Like others who have posted i got the general tech advice, which was annoying as im not an idiot everything they suggested was tried before they suggested it, they dont seem to want to admit its there software that has the issues, not my computer or anyone elses, i didn't try closing my browser so still had youtube/fb up most of the session, but i find it ridiculous you need to close these to get the client to run, I didnt check how much cpu it was using, but usually when something takes alot of cpu it lags rather than errors, the software didnt lag and neither did the slots, it was just error after error, most was connection based but my internet was fine, i reset my router about 5 times, checked with speed test, for about 30 mins i tried everything i could think of but finally resigned myself to admitting it was there software.

The errors could be falsely represented by buggy software as "connection problems", whereas the connection is fine, but the software is not managing it properly.

Even a download casino should not be routinely hogging close to 100% CPU on a decent PC or laptop, which would be anything beyond Windows 98/2000.

If they can't be arsed to look into these problems, they will end up with almost no players. Unless one is a hardcore fan, it is more likely that a player would look for a different casino that works with their kit, rather than spend thousands on new kit capable of running the casino smoothly. Almost everything that kept the "hardcore" fans of Jackpot Party playing there has been ditched by this new operator, so they have lost these players' loyalty in any case.

They have lost all the unique features that JPP had. The Jpp progressive and they have got rid of the exclusive WMS games that used to have. (Real rich devil ect.) I gave it a try the other day and it took ages to load and kept freezing.

Browser based. I have been unable to test the download casino as I don't use Windows.

My laptop is getting rather old but I still have no problem running any flash casino. Each one i've tried runs smoothly apart from Slots Magic. I think it's the way the lobby is designed. On a modern PC you would have no issue running it, but still experience the connection problems.

Since I had both lag and poor connection, my experience there was hell.

Thank God WMS is getting more and more available through other reputable casino's so you don't have to put up with crap from this crowd.
All my favourite WMS games are available at places like Bet365,CasinoEuro etc etc.
Never any connection issues there and I predict this crowd won't be around for long if they don't get their act together FAST and fix all the technical issues and take the customer serious.

couldn't agree more, I dont know if the takeover was rushed through but the software they have released feels like its in alpha phase and needs to be tested thoroughly, There is absolutely no reason now not to play at bet365 rather than slotsmagic.

    Stay away from these bastards

As can be read from my previous posts on this forum I give good credit to those who treat players good and vice versa.

    This site is terrible!

Customer support is horrible. Took 9 days (email) to answer for the connection issues that occur every damn day.
Still no compensation, apology or nothing!

3 days pending on my withdrawal with option to revers! Speculative and no way to conduct business in 2014! This was not ok in 2010, still not.

The tone of customer support and the understanding of your problems is terrible.

I closed my account here. Hope other sites get wms because this site is not worth it!

WMS games have been available for quite a while at Nordicbet, Betsafe, Unibet etc.

So there is no reason to play at dodgy casinos to get your WMS fix :)
