Slotsjungle payout process....now excluding me from redeeming coupons???

Sorry if this is posted in the wrong area but now I've reached my threshold with this group. Earlier this month, I deposited with a bonus and did the entire play though. I continued to win big and finally reached up to 15K, but because I like to play, started cashing out with a balance of 12K at 3k increments, which is the maximum as indicated on the site. Waiting 4 business days for approval, which they did for only $500 and that would take another 5 business days to process a wire transfer, which turned out to be a check, so basically was running just over 2 weeks to even get a check. Once the initial withdrawal was approved, the remaining amount was re-deposited. So I went back and made another withdrawal. Now it would only allow the difference of what I initially withdrew, however, they only approved $1K...so again I have to repeat the process. I've done this 4 times already. I graciously asked the finance department after talking to their live chat and via phone, if the approval amount can be increased and was told that their security department was the one to decide this. Now today when I asked this finance personnel to see if this can be done, I get an email from him stating " Due to a management decision your account has been Excluded from Redeeming Coupons." REALLY? Im waiting for an email response back from them on why this is considered, according to my VIP rep, I have the highest status since they are still working on the status' above me. Email from her stated "Thank you for your email.
At the moment the White Tiger VIP status is highest one.*
We are working on the other VIP levels and they will be able soon.
I will update you as soon as the nxt level up will be available."

By the way, requested another withdrawal of $1000 and only $500 was approved, re-depositing the other $500 back to the account. Once that cleared I did another withdrawal this morning and did 2-$1500 withdrawal and both were approved however only see one so that started my email. So now because I'm asking and I still have about 5K more that I would like to withdraw, they decided to exclude me from redeeming any coupons AND make it a hassle to withdraw? Is there a Slotsjungle rep on this site or anyone else experience this problem? *Don't want to put any more money in and definitely never refer anyone to the site again. This is getting ridiculous. I think I've been pretty patient. Any suggestions???? Sorry for the long thread.
 
This whole group of casinos has this "up to $3K per month" limit, but it depends on what 'class' you're in. From what I've seen so far, the 'class' is completely arbitrary - especially since you're the highest VIP level there is and you're still limited to $500 withdrawals. :rolleyes:

Hey there!!! So trying not to buy I think they are going to take my additional $1500 that I did this morning. Hope they just re-deposit it but now I just don't feel as confident that they will do that. Who knows. Any ideas as to which other forum he went to? Thanks for your help!!

It's been eithe $1K and $500, but I don't understand why they won't keep it consistant then. Doesn't make sense and then to tell me that managements decision is to exclude me from redeeming coupons? Just shortly after that, I got an email for another coupon offer!! Geez! I emailed my VIP rep as well and still havent heard back from either the finance department or the VIP rep. *sigh* :(
 
Honestly, the rep was banned here for good reason. Not only does this group (the whole Winpalace group) have links to GoldVIP Club (roguest of the rogues)...they have always had this ridiculous "player class" thing that allows them to dole out your winnings in $500 increments...obviously in the hopes that you will play it back, and they won't have to pay. My advice would be to get your money from them, don't play back one red penny...then close your accounts there for good.

If you like RTG software, then Inetbet, ClubWorld Group, Jackpotcapital Group or Slotocash is the way to go. All accredited here, and none of the bullshit you get from these guys.

Heads up however, being in the US, you are going to face a slightly more delayed time in getting paid from ANY casino, even the reputable ones. Inetbet is by far my fav RTG, and the only one I play at. Payments processed in under 24 hours (including weekends and holidays, even Xmas)..and IN FULL. If you win 15K, you will be paid 15K, period. No waiting months on installments. However, Inetbet has email only support, and if live chat or telephone support is a must for you, then Inetbet is NOT your type of casino.

CW, Jackpot Capital and Sloto (I believe) have much longer pending and payout periods (48 hrs or so), don't pay on weekends or holidays, and do impose an installment type payout. Dont worry about the reedeming of coupons , the last thing you want to do right now is deposit. If you cashout the whole thing then your way ahead so just play without a bonus

TIRILEJ---Have you been paid quicker by "bad publicity"? I have seen numerous threads about their horrible payout and have never seen anyone say that they stepped up and paid them quicker. Like you said the rep was banned, obviously they did nothing to reprieve themselves to get back on here. Do you really think they care about bad publicity?

OP-- I would be careful about bashing them too much while you get paid. Of course its going to be a full time job for you staying on top them for your cashouts, but I wouldnt want them to intentionally delay because you are bad mouthing them( not that they dont deserve it). They are not the most reputable group so I would not put it past them. I think the best advice is to see if they have a rep somewhere who may help with problems when you have them.

Pinababy69!! Thank you so much for your input. I have played on Clubworld and actually won but being a person who likes to play, I actually lost it all. But, I still need to re-submit my forms and it should be good. This will allow me to add it to any other sites they manage too. I'll try out Inetbet and hopefully my luck will be just the same!! Thank you for the advice BMWSTACK...I did think about this for some time when te first instances happened so it's just my patience is gone and I guess receiving that last email really topped my frustrations. Even when I called in to live chat, the gal I spoke to told me to lie about needing the money. I don't need to do that. It was a simple request and the outcome was no relation to my request to begin with. I guess I'll just cross my fingers and hope to get the rest of my withdrawal. Thanks again for your input.
 
To be honest, I don't understand why you're remotely interested in any coupons from this place, after being treated the way you have been. Take the money, skip town, and find somewhere else to play. It's not like there's a lack of casinos ;)

Edit: Oh just saw where you're from, so I guess you do have to take some bullcrap, if you insist on playing online ;)
 
Don't reverse one cent, and don't deposit while you are waiting either.

I wouldn't lie by saying I really needed the money. I'd say how much I enjoyed it, how anxious I am to play again after I receive my whole cashout. Is there anything I can do to speed it up. Can you use more than one withdrawal method, maybe that would help.

Lead them to believe the faster you get your money, the faster you will be back.

Then run.
 
@Pina - Sloto has really fast payouts I've heard - even on weekends! They're not related to JPC.

@the OP, Has anyone been able to get you in contact with the rep? I was looking for his email, it was on one of the old posts but I can't find it now, maybe it was removed?

No I havn't been paid quicker for the simple reason that I have never played there:p

If I don't remember wrong, Daniel helped people here to get their cashouts faster when it was large amounts, but I'm not sure of that.
What I do know is that he has helped others in other forums to get it faster. I wouldn't have written it if it wasn't the truth.
If it was because of bad publicity or if he made them do it I don't know, but since it's an awful delaytecnic they probably don't want everyone to find out about it.

I have sent a pm to the OP with Daniels emailadress, not with the names of the other forums for the simple reason that this is the best one:D

They are at least paying, so if you keep your head down you shoulod eventually get it all. They put the rest back because they see you like to play, and hope you will play more of it back the more they mess you around.

Even though completely irrelevant, they told you that you could no longer redeem coupons. If you stop playing altogether, and just keep withdrawing, and they ask why, pretend to have misunderstood that email to mean that you were violating their terms by continuing to play with the amount left in your account whilst waiting for your money, and were therefore punished for this by having your coupons withdrawn. Apologise for your mistake, and promise you will not play another cent until the entire balance has been withdrawn and paid out;)

You can add that you are "reluctantly" playing elsewhere whilst you are waiting for this matter to be cleared up:D

That would mean I would be depositing and I want to be paid out, but I think it was more the point of them sending me the email that had nothing to do with what I was asking. Well, maybe they pay but they provide you with poor gaming experience and its a pain in the neck if and when you withdraw. If you are a bonus-seeker ie you like playing with bonuses I suggest you try the Club World casino ie Club World, Aladdin's Gold, All Star Slots, High Noon and Manhattan Sllots. I have rarely, if ever, heard them banning players from claiming bonuses. Slotastic is good too but recently it is understood they are bonus-banning some players. The Jackpot Capital group also has weekly bonuses but the wagering is absurdly high. All the above casinos have regular bonuses and normally withdrawals are hassle-free. It happens. I found all but the standard ongoing 35% slots bonus disappear from the lobby and email. I am nicely ahead though, a pretty good performance from playing RTG:D Although I no longer have the email, the ban is because I "don't need bonuses" because I have managed to get ahead by a fair bit. This is common among the majority of casinos, including accredited ones. It is a minority that don't pull the offers if you win. I still get 32Red offers, and so far am still getting Digimedia offers despite my recent run at Lucky Nugget. They do take quite a while to pay when the glare of publicity doesn't shine on the payout. My more recent 21K withdrawal from King Neptunes on 27th has yet to be processed, even though it should have been sent for processing on Monday, and processed Tuesday. The 27th was a Friday, so the weekend 72 hour rule would apply, rather than the 24 hour rule. I still got an offer at King Neptunes for Monday and Tuesday, but I ignored it. I will ignore the rest till I see that 21K in my Neteller.

To start with, it would have been better to have started a new thread, rather than dig up one which is more than a year old. :(

You wont find a rep for this group on this forum, you should try to sort any issues direct with the casino.
