i know they are accredited but be careful before you play
i deposited 100 bucks, and immediately it said i would recieve a 100 bonus
i lost my original deposit of 100 and immediately the deposit kicked in
i turned that bonus into 300
after playing a lot of blackjack, i went on live chat to ask about how much i had played, and to see if i had possibly met the requirements and cash out a nice 200 dollar profit
well i was put on hold, then a guy named "tom" came on and explained that i had exhibited "bonus hunter" qualities and that my deposit of 100 would be returned and i would not be able to log back in
wtf??..so i can lose my 100 dollar deposit, and there is no problem, but if i start winning they lock me out and give me back my deposit??..be very careful of this casino group!

Had you played at any of their sister sites (mainstreetvegas group- diamond deal, sun palace, others I can't remember)?

Hello,

may be the quality and standard is better now and they improved much things, but i have played 1,5 years ago in sun palace and slots.com:

made the exactly same bad experiences with stellster in slots.com, although i am definetely not a bonus hunter , in the opposite, i hate to play boing games for hours only to met wagering requirements, but i had been lucky and met tehm in the past , too
there deducted also the bonus after winning...

i cannot tell you totally actually things, but i agree to stellster, be carefully with these casinos- they surely are better and fairer now, but i can remember exactly, that they have worked very "tricky" , the CS was not professional the most time and the cashout times have been nearly inacceptable in my sessions long time ago

slots.com/sunpalace was the reason for me in the past, to leave playtech for a long time..

but if they now accredited, they must be better, serious and trustworhty now, or ?

trial

"but if they now accredited, they must be better, serious and trustworhty now, or ?"

trial, nope, they are still up to old casino tricks...had i been banned from bonuses, why give it to me?..they were just hoping i lost

Do you have a specific complaint that needs to be addressed? The customer service manager (VSummer) is a member of the forum:

Perhaps you should let her know that you're posting a complaint in the forum you'd like resolved.

the reply

An account is classified as Bonus Oriented Player when the proportion between Deposits, Bonus and Withdrawals is the same or very similar, at that moment our system detects the pattern and places a temporary block on bonuses on this account, . Until this relation changes, and please note this does not mean that the customer has to lose, the customer can continue depositing and winning. If several deposit are perform with out having a bonus attached the system will enable bonuses again.

I appreciate her reply, but the reasoning is flawed...
as she says "and Withdrawals is the same or very similar, at that moment our system detects the pattern and places a temporary block on bonuses on this account"
however my account was not placed on hold...i was given the bonus...it was only after the fact when i had won off of the bonus had they banned me...

secondly, why do casinos do this..its my first time at their casino, i abide by all the rules...they are using this bonus hunter rule to safeguard them from any loss

thirdly, if you do decide to play at these casinos, and have taken bonuses from other casinos in this group, BE VERY CAREFUL!..if you win, they will retroactively apply their terms and conditions and just give you back your deposit..it is a lose lose situation for the player..and i say retroactively because they could easily have not given me the bonus to begin with

and lastly, ive played at casino groups where they have not given me the bonus b/c of bonus hunter qualities..however, in cases such as those, they have actually banned me from logging in and when i ask, they explain it to me....

why couldnt this casino do the same?..there is no reason other than they are hoping i lose and they have me play with no risk to them

The casino's reply is complete crap to be frank. It doesn't even relate to your case and even if it did, it doesn't make any sense. Your problem was after you won, they didn't want to pay your winnings but just want to send back your deposit. This casino group should be rogued immediately for blatantly attempting fraud.

Also, I posted somewhere else that the company they use for some financial transactions (the websites say the casinos are owned by this company) apparently aren't carrying out any business because the seem to currently have been sent a 'striking off notice' for some reason. Whether they haven't complied with some rules or they are trying to end the company by claiming they are carrying out no more business, is anyone's guess. They obviously are carrying out business going by what the websites say. The owner of this group is well known but doesn't seem to take care of the casinos much.

hey casinomeister...just wondering what you thought of the situation?
I have no thoughts on it yet, because I haven't looked into this yet. It's my first full day back at work so give me a chance.

Mellow out please. Don't jump to conclusions before you have all the facts.

resolution!

so slots.com did the right thing and put the money in my account...
and i thank them for that
...
i wish they had told me from the beginning that i was a bonus hunter and i was not eligible and i would have no problem with that

but in the end, im glad they did the right thing

bryan, if i may make one suggestion..i know you have the contacts with these casino owners and hopefully they can change it to have a message pop up when you deposit saying you aren't eligible for the deposit if you fit into their computer pattern of abusers..and i must thank you for this site, b/c it no doubt helped me get my fair say and fair resolution

and if i may make one more suggestion, interview kilgore if you can get to him in your next webcast, (whispery voice and all)

I don't see this as resolved other than for this player. There was no reason to try to steal the winnings in the first place. Their previous explanation was no good either.

accredited casino ????

as an acredited casino they shouldnt use the tactics as bonus hunter or bonus abuser if a person meets wagering requirements they have to pay him no matter he won big or small

I'm rather disappointed with this new group. They emailed me a bonus offer and I deposited and played enough to qualify for a bonus according to their terms. I emailed and requested a bonus as they say to do and never heard back from them for days. I finally gave up and withdrew my balance. It so happens that I had won. If they had bonused me I'd have been happy to continue playing, and might have ended up losing.

I'm not sure if I'll go back now with what I've read here, and also my own experience.

I recently deposited at slots.com, but since I already had 2 other main street accounts my slots.com account was frozen. I was up $20 at the time, and I PMed thier rep in this forum and he agreed to give me both my deposit and profit back. Glad to have an experience that started bad end on a good note.

I decided to give this group another try this weekend, and I'm happy to report that I had a much better experience. I received fast customer service, and promotion as advertised. They performed as a CM accredited casino should, in my case.

Maybe I read wrong

But didn't it say if you constantly use deposit bonuses you are a bonus abuser. HUH??????
At the playtech's I used to play at, unless you tell them directly you don't want a bonus, you get it everytime you deposit.
I am confused,totally.:eek2:
