Slots Capital and Desert Nights lower withdrawal limits?

Just found out that there's a change in withdrawal limits - got the email that says "There has been a recent change in withdrawal limits and this is across the board for the entire casino". The new withdrawal limit is $2000 PER WEEK (while the deposit limit remains @ $5000 PER DAY). Maybe it is me only, but this arrangement doesn't strike me as a very attractive or a fair one... Just think of it: if you - for any dumb reason - deposit 5000 and then, after a few spins, change your mind, you'd need almost a month to get your money back ;)

Rival casinos always have cashflow problems but then one would be really dumb to dump $5000 into a Rival casino. Frankly, for this lot I wouldn't even deposit $50 nowadays.

LOL, chuchu59, the 'dumb' reservation was included in the above post for a reason )) But still?? What I'd like to find out at this stage is whether this statement is indeed true for ALL rivals. I received this from a casino host of a once-reputable rival enterprise, but as soon as I posted this another casino's rep told me that it is not the case, so I am really confused now...?

I like Rival games especially the 3 reel ones, but finding a good rival casino these days is hard.5000 deposit to a rival would never happen for me.

Thanks, rena35! By no chance I am planning to deposit 5000, thanks but no thanks :) The thing is quite the opposite: it is the second week I am struggling to withdraw some moderate winnings, and there seem to be new "issues" and "rule changes" almost daily. Now I was told the weekly (!) limits changed, and I'd appreciate if other players or casino reps could either confirm or contest this.

I really hope it all pans out.

I'm 99% sure this rule is not a Rival-wide thing; each casino should have the right to set their own withdrawal limits.

The reps from some of the casinos have come forward to say exactly that.

@ Fleur : please be specific which casino(s) you are referring to. The thread title will be updated accordingly. In the meantime I have changed it to "one or more ...".

Thanks, KK and maxd! I raised this question because I received an email I quoted in the first post - based on the overall context I assumed the manager referred to ALL rival-based casinos, which I believed strange and hence asked for opinions. Since other casino's rep PM'd me and stated it is not true I had asked for further clarification... and got it. Can't say that I was very surprised ;) Here it is: "The new withdrawal limit applies only to our Rival casinos Slots Capital and Desert Nights Casino."

So... can you please change this thread title to "Slots Capital and Desert Nights casinos lowered w/d limits with no notice to players"... and maybe move it to "Casino complaints" section? :)

Some of us have been saying, there's something going on with this group, ie late payments, etc. I read on another forum where they were waiting nearly a month for a withdrawal from this group. I would proceed with caution...

Well, I must say that I had a very good run and Slots Capital this past month. 3 cashouts from Capital -1 from Sloto RTG.. All were received on time (within the 10 days stated). Yes, I was holding my breathe. Had a great time playing tho. Having Ms. Sloto here helps to get all the info needed when waiting on a w/d. :)-Jackie
