Hey Guys,

i used to have a couple of withdrawals at Slots Capital but if i remember right i had one cashout at Slotocash and it was paid in about 24 hours last time...

How long does it usually take to Skrill??

I requested a cashout last Friday and i'm still waiting... :(

Thanks

As random as their RJs. You never know when you get your dough. Could be 24 hours and could be more than 96 hours. In other words you never know nowadays. Months ago, 24 hour payouts and on weekends too.

Damn... I hope i get it soon... It used to work better when Ms. Sloto was more around... I really hope she get's better soon and that they have a good replacement in place when she's not around.

Still nothing.... I don't get it. I played really a lot at SLots Capital and Slotocash and were always treaded good and with fast cashouts, but these days it seems to be really painful to get it fast... The maximum timeframe they say (3 working days) will end tonight, i hope i get the money.

Hi Hoff1985.

Try send them email also if you have other email contacts maybe direct to their cashier. Should do the trick. Put bit pressure on them. If you are a loyal player I am sure they will help out and get you withdrawal proccesed asp.

Be forewarned - I've had emails bounce back from the vip host recently. She was able to receive one last week, but I received another "bounce" notice from gmail today on an email I sent yesterday.

It's just all very strange, but I continue to hope that the withdrawal that was processed on Sunday will actually arrive via wire this week.

Hope you get it fast. I think this is another case of accredited casino letting its standards drop after accreditation has been awarded, we see too much of this.

O no, don't say it like that please. This group has been around for years and has always been fast in paying and reliable. It was the first casino I trusted when I started back in 2008.
Something can be up now and they can be having troubles we don't know of, but I do still trust them.

OK, Tirilej I admire your faith and loyalty to them, but that would count for little IF something is up. Remember you are dealing with a US-facing outfit which alone can cause them issues beyond their control. A little caution may be advisable until more is known about the lack of rep and stalling payouts. I hope I'm wrong but I'd hate to see you post a great screenshot from them tomorrow, and next week be raising an issue when you are waiting for the cashout.:(

That's not going to happen for the simple reason that I don't play at their casinos anymore :D
Not because I don't trust them, but because I can't play everywhere.

Warnings are great if there is a need to. It's just your use of this fellow  that makes is look worser maybe than it is.
Don't be so angry all the time :p

asked via live chat. they told me it will be only processed adter 72 "workday" hours, but i rmember havung payouts faster... however they told me that the finance dep will contact me asap. that was about 4 hours ago. lets see whats happening now :)

its even more painful because i think at slotocash rtg i had dozens and dozens of deposit and no more. then 3-4 cashouts.... damn if they would just be as fast as they're used to be :(

Face the facts. These casinos are falling on hard times. This economy is very very bad. Whenever casinos are delaying withdrawals and increasing pending times. Those are signs of falling revenues. When dealing with casinos in general especially USA driven casinos. Expect longer than normal wait times. RTG isn't too favorable among a lot of Americans as it once was. Along with a struggling economy. Plus depositors have cut their deposits down dramatically. RTG operators who are targeting US players are now feeling the strain. Longer pending times = We hope you reverse or More people deposit, so we can pay you.

07:32:19 Andre: I had contact with live chat yesterday about my cashout from last friday. The support agent told me that it takes 72 hours, but finance will contact me
and let me know when i have the money. Now the 72 hours are over and i have no e-mail from finance and still no money on skrill.
07:32:23 Andre: User xyz
07:33:01 Andre: Can you please check why it's taking long that it should?
07:33:03 Andre: Thank you
07:33:06 Zoe: One moment please
07:36:33 Zoe: Andre I'm sorry for the delay
07:37:01 Zoe: I'm sending a request now to Finance department
07:42:06 Zoe: Andre is there anything else I can help you with?

Let's see what happens now... I hope i finally get the money... For an accredited to pay later then the "official" timing is in my opinion really bad behaviour. I don't like when i have to chase cashouts from accredited casinos. When they say "up to 72 hours" i want it in my e-wallet in not 1 minute later then 72 hours...

TBH I think this group are heading for the pit...excessive w/d times and AWOL rep. Not good signs.

FINAL UPDATE

Hey everyone,

i contacted LIVE CHAT again and was able to sort it out.

- LIVE CHAT checked with Finance again, Finance informed them that they have a problem with this e-wallet (Skrill in my case) they will pay me asap
- I told then LIVE CHAT i would prefer the payment NOW to a different e-wallet
- LIVE CHAT checked back with finance and they pushed the money back to my account and i made a wd to Neteller
- 2 minutes later i got paid.

So i have the full amount (around 2000$). I had to chase it, but they made it believable to me that they have a problem with Skrill.

I just hope next time somebody tell's me earlier and give's me earlier the opportunity to change the wd method of the specific cashout.

But so far all is sorted out good.

I think the biggest problem in this case was that the rep was not around... I think they should have a solution if the rep is unavailable that someone can handle these customer inquieries. If i would have known about this issue 3 days ago i wouldn't have started getting nervous.

Congrats on getting paid Hoff but I am not sure whether Skrill is the problem. Unless Ecocard is also problematic 4 days is not my idea of quick payments. Very paltry amount though.

My experience with slotocash and withdrawals (at their sistersite desert nights)

I was very Lucky there and made 5 withdrawals.
The first three took over 5 working days to process and were still reversible after 72 hours.
However I had to have my docs verified so that normally takes longer but it still took more than 4 business days AFTER my docs were verified.

On saturday june 8 I made withdrawal no. 4. After over 72 business hours (so excluding the weekend) my withdrawal was still reversible. I contacted support this morning and it was settled quickly and my money was in my neteller account this afternoon.

On the upside: yesterday I had made a 5th withdrawal and that one was also processed today, so after about 30 hours.

My conclusion: you will get paid but you just don't know within which timeframe after you have hit the withdrawal button: It can take anywhere between 30 hours to 5 business days.

Well done, glad you got the lolly!

I still think that something's up though, CM members coming on here and complaining, then the payout being completed shortly afterwards. PL ring a bell?

Hey, I've complained and haven't rec'd my wire yet.lol It was approved the 9th so I'm still in the "normal" waiting period for us lucky Americans. But I'm pretty sure 10 biz days will pass and I'll contact support to see why it isn't in my account and they'll tell me it got caught in a batch that went back to the processor. Just like the last few withdrawals. (What happened to my normal gambler's optimism?? Oh, right, all those "bad batches.")

TBH, from what appears to be a recent pattern on here, I'd just avoid the bloody site(s) from now on. I know it's easy for me to say with the choice of a UK player, but I really couldn't be a$$ed with the hassle you guys are going through lately.....

Yeah it's a b*tch and I'm definitely using this w/d as a test, I guess, and haven't deposited nearly as much as I usually would've while I wait to see how/if/when it's going to go. In the meantime I've been playing at 3dice a bit. I prefer rival's games, but I prefer getting paid (in a timely fashion or at all) more.

One of the things that really bugs me is that I'd built a nice relationship with the current vip hostess and Ms Sloto, and feel strongly that both ladies deserve better than this, but also almost feel guilty to complain about the way things are looking. but if you're in, or playing in, this industry, you just have to know certain things look very, very bad to experienced players.

The main thing I will give Slotocash credit for that not any other casino group I have seen yet to this day. Has offered, is if they genuinely cannot meet there time frames for a certain withdrawal method.
They will bend over backwards to help you get your withdrawal.
Like so far I have 4 withdrawals from them.
1 I got within the 10 business days time frame
Another 1 I got after waiting the 10 business days but they offered a cash alternative instead of making me wait for the wire processor to get caught up
My 3rd was done within the time frame.
My 4th withdrawal was paid to me via an alternative means because the amount was so small.

I guess compared to the likes of Club World, that I have seen where all they offer is checks and wire/ach transfers. At least Slotocash uses it's resources wisely. Granted they may not be the fastest at paying, but at least they can get people paid.

Kind of like Win A Day is slowly turning into a gem for me as well. Mainly because so far I have had 2 small withdrawals, paid to an alternative method. 1 paid directly by check. It's nice to see a few casinos out there at least trying there hardest to get someone paid versus sticking with the we only use wires and checks, we can't offer you any other alternatives.

Plus I think Sloto has stretched herself a bit thin to boot. Not trying to make any excuses for her, but this isn't the only forum I see her on. She seems to be kind of active at several online gaming forum. It would just seem as if this site is the neediest of her, because anytime she doesn't log in for more than 2 days. Everyone cries fowl because they can't get the instant response they were looking for.

hi anyone know the current times for withdrawals & where the heck as cs gone seems like there awol via e mail shot a mail to them yesturday morning not herad a dicky bird from them, maybe things are slipping here .
