Slot'oCash; too much work to give you my money

Sigh
sigh, first yesterday, CS kept telling me a slot was allowed, that I clearly thought wasn't, but she continued to guarantee it was so. So went t Ms who confirmed I was correct and CS was wrong (note kiddies: we say confirm Ts and Cs before depositing, but even that doesnt always help)
Anyway
Today, tried to deposit with my MC, kept redirecting me to Skrill. Went to CS who fixed cashier
Tried again declined. Returned to CS

ARG

This is why I freaking HATE RTGs
Right, so I submitted my deposit for $50. The system marks it PENDING. CS says 'oh, we dont take MC for first three deposits' (of course noone bothered to tell me this BEFORE depositing).
So now what? The $50 is STUCK in pending because the casino marked it pending so now I can't deposit ANYwhere

Merry fricking Xmas to me

Anyone playing at Slotocash/Desert Nights should take notice that their live chat staff are unprofessional due to lack of training. Other than bonus issues its almost a certainty that the answers given out are wrong. Ms Sloto is well aware of this but training needs time and my guess is the staff turnover is rather great so Ms Sloto may have to work harder to plug this deficiency.

It really blows, cuz well, the bf works all xmas day and night and the following day (just got called in), so I'm literally sitting home alone on Xmas. So, hey, let's play online. With a zillion choices, I choose slotocash because Ms has been kind in responding to emails so thought, ok, I'll try them out, EVEN though I've had nothing but headaches with RTGs and should have known better. But with being accredited, a rep generally around, and a fellow Canadian mentioning theyre solid, I thought 'Hell, it's been ages, let's give them the benefit of the doubt and see if my RTG experience improves'..
yeah, um.....not! Now I'll be sitting on my ass for 2 days straight til the pending expires (which generally takes 2 to 3 days) because for some bizarre reason SlotOCash is like the only place in the gambling universe doesnt take CCs.

Though my card is locked and it does still suck, credit where credit is due:
Thank you Ms for contacting me regarding this. Your diligence and quick response are appreciated, and makes you a credit to your profession.

I didn't begin the thread to draw Ms.' attention by the way, as I'm able to contact her via pm. But I share fairly my good and poor experiences.
While Ms is quick to help players, I do agree with Chu that live support is very substandard. Not everyone out there has the benefit of Ms in the forum.

I had a punt here on xmas eve with neteller deposit. Anyway, played 40$ with an option of the 50% 'low WR' bonus (think it was 20 times only) Never played RTG before, played Raindance (yet again Chopleys fault as I saw his 300 spins at 5x multiplier on one of his slot productions of old) and despite getting down to 18$ got my 60$ up to over 160$. During the session, I closed my laptop and couldn't log back in to my downloaded software, saying I 'was already logged in' although I checked my processes and wasn't running it. Online chat sorted it fast after I logged into the flash site. I asked for a $100 monthly deposit limit, to which I was told 'the security team need to call me!!??
Anyway 15 mins later they called, asked me to confirm details which I did. Then asked WHY I wanted a 100$ limit, saying I would only be able to deposit another 60$ in a month (brilliant maths m8!) Anyway, it was established the limit was set. He then asked me if I played at other online casinos. I said yes, he asked me which ones. I said 32red, LuckyNugget (the first 2 I could think of off the top of my head) then he asked 'any others' etc. Bizarre. Then said welcome to our casino, don't hesitate to call if help needed blah blah.
Anyway, made a W/D to neteller of 127$ after easily making the WR on Raindance. Haven't got it yet, wait and see.
Strange experience.

I was going to say being from Canada, how are you allowed to deposit anywhere with a credit card? All credit card company's don't allow these type of transactions.

It depends on the financial institution, some allow whilst others do not. For instance RBC does not, CIBC does and treats the transactions like a cash advance.

I buy pre-paid mastercards all the time and use them everywhere, every time: all micros and netents (gowild, 32Red, nordic, redbet), all uk casinos (bet365, williamhill), cryptos, well, anywhere; they're the only things I use and never have a problem

I think for any fellow Canadian players such as myself, CIBC visa/debit card is the way to go. It can be used at most online casinos and comes directly out of your account but still acts like a visa. I've used by CIBC debit/visa card over 100 times and not once have I been declined. They don't put winnings back to the card but that's what moneybookers is for.
