I signed up a while back and recently increased my play at both Sloto and Desert. I have found the rep to be responsive, helpful and eager to clarify any queries!

I would also like to make note that I have consistently received ALL my Wd's in under 24hours (Even ON Weekends )

but what i would like to know do you PM Sloto to ask here to speed up the withdrawals ? the reason im asking because ive been with Slotcash since 2008 i think and ive actully gone back a bit from them because of slow pay, last one from the Rival brand took 5 days ?

My last 2 withdrawals I waited the full 24hours - They were consecutive BTW - $3300 + $3350 ...

I have been naughty and asked her before (This is because I do not want to Upload funds from my CC into NetTeller or i have reached my Upload limit on VISA) - But she isn't always in the office so it doesn't help me - IF the time that they claim to pay in has elapsed, then you have all the right to PM her and query this...

I also withdrew $1000 from Desert Nights day before yesterday and received that in 2 hours. All in all I am finding them speedy.... Maybe RIVAL withdrawals are processed after the RTG ones? (Don't know... assuming here) The same staff should be working for both brands?

With regard to speedy payments Slotocash has passed with flying colours although as can be seen from the Rival lead things can deteriorate when things go astray. This will be a test of stamina so we shall need to see if this casino will be able to process cashouts so timely when there are a lot of large cashouts. So far only 32RED and 3 Dice seem to be able to meet their pledges. Others, in various forms, seem to be using different ways to stall payments for short periods. Take the JC group for example, without any valid reasons they decided to pursue a 48-hour pending policy without cashouts on weekends so I guess we must not believe that 24 hour cashouts will stay at Slotocash in the long term.If it does then I applaud them and will rank them alongside 32RED and 3 Dice.
