Ive been playing there for a while..........and losing of course...
Ive had few(3) withdrawals...they asked me for docs which I comply with and the money were sent..........slowly........still I was paid.
Now after 20 losing deposits I ask for a cashout of my own money thru quicktender, and once again they ask me for docs?(lost 2000 cashout 220)
Are these people retarded or what?
Besides I just got to know it, cause I went to live chat........otherwise I wouldnt know it.!!!
They claim to have sent me an email......which I never received...........but I did receive the copy of the chat as per my demand, same as I do receive theyr promotions every day......?????????

I was paid too......still the worst Rival casino with an unreliable CS.
 
Kakata, for about a 6 months every time I made a withdrawal at any Rival, I had to send in docs, or rather had to sign the documents they sent me and send them back. Then all of a sudden, they stopped asking me. Then every time I asked for a flushed withdrawal, I got it. Now when I asked for a withdrawal to be flushed, I have been told at several that I am not a VIP and can't have it done. Which has really PO'd me no end, especially since at all but 1-2 I have been depositing since they came into being.

And I have another gripe, everytime I win a little and get up past playthrough, the slots go as cold as an ice cube. I'm not talking 1-2 hundred and then a hit, I'm talking 1000 and no hit. On anything. It's not just one, it has been all. I just don't see how "Random Numbers" can grow so cold after playing nicely.

And I, too, don't want people flogging me. I have cashed out and I still play there. I'm just saying some things make you go - Hmmm!

They sent me an e-mail asking to sign for transactions 2 months old , which they have already cashed.
Beside all that I asked for a cashout thru quick tender, which Ive used with em in the past.............they just tryin to be smart:confused:
This people will never learn.
I mean you guys are stealing money out of people and still,. try to be smart?
Learn from 3 dice .........I (almost) never win there........at least they do pay,no question, no BS, in case you get lucky enough.

Clearly, your custom is not as valued as it is at TIV, Superior, and Mayan.
This particular Rival has pulled other "stunts" too, and perhaps could be a future candidate for "not recommended".
Most casinos will ask for documents, but asking for the same thing over and over again just takes the p**s. They have already "identified" you, and you have already signed a faxback form verifying this is YOUR card, so there is no further value, other than stalling, to keep asking for you to go through this again and again.
Adding this extra step into EACH cash-in does indeed provide PLENTY of delay when aggregated over the whole player base, as they can add this to the usual delays built into the system, and can easily string this out an extra week on top each time you withdraw.
 
well I went back to"slotocash'to cash out my monthly 5% wich was 28 bux.
I manage to make my WR and went up to 120 tryed to cashout......no way.:oops:
Live chat, bunch of idiots , said I could cash out. still I couldnt.:
30 minutes later , after few hundreds more wagering, tryd again to cash out, same BS.
CS told me, please hold, at least 10 times, ........he finally said that I will get an e-mail.............????????????
it will probably be investigated....lol

Hey K, did they give you any idea why you couldn't withdraw? How very strange! :confused: It's not as if you haven't been playing there for a while and depositing. Cause I got $27 so I know how much you deposited. :D

I have emailed everybody I can, even changed to a gmail account and I still can't get anybody to talk to me. :mad:

Let us know what they say and how you work it out.

The cashier in all Rivals suck. They may well have customised promotions for different players but goof up badly when it comes to calculations. Kakata, if you are sure you have met the WRs, dont try to do any more wagering because this wont help. Just make damn sure the message is relayed to their CS and then wait. They will have to rectify it sooner or later but if you play on well.....the balance is likely to reach a big fat 0 and then they say there is nothing they can do about it.

Actually, their tech support should learn from RTG's version of calculating WRs which shows the remaining WRs so that you know where you are.
 
I did wager at least twice what I was suppose to.
CS live chat also asked me which cashout option was I trying to use.
I told him QT.Than he told me I would receive an email......???????
Later same night (yesterday)I tryed to withdraw ACH, same message.
withdraw couldnt be processed.!!!!????:eek:
 
I just tryied again, and I was able to finally withdraw via QT, withouth any help whatsoever nor email nor live chat.
