Well, I think there is one bit of good that will surely come from this thread. Slotocash will clarify their rules regarding max bet.
I have no idea what courts would hear this matter. But I do know in Canada that court costs awarded rarely cover the actual cost of your lawyer.
I've always found MsSloto to be quite fair in her dealings here. If the OP contacted her earlier and failed to get the satisfaction he was looking for, then PAB is probably the best option. I can see delaying bringing the issue to the board if private dealings were given a chance.
The OP has been a member for several months here, and by his own admission not a novice gambler. I would think several months of membership and readership here would give you quite a bit of confidence in the accreditation system here, and the access to reps.
Legal opinions, even when offered by lawyers, are only opinions. It's the judge's opinion that really matter. Pretty much sure that a casino's lawyer may cite differing opinions.
Don't forget, free advice is worth what you pay for it. But my momma always told me you catch more flies with honey than vinegar, and please don't put yourself in an adverserial position with those best positioned to help you.
