Sloto cash withdrawals?

Finally i came to withdraw from Sloto after 40 deposits this year. And it was my first this year. So, imagine my surprise, that after more then 24 hours after flushin, money is still not in my acount. This morning i checked and nothing. Contacted Live support and was told money will be later today. Then i talked to them later and was told that my request was forwarded to acount managment and i will be notifyed within next 24 hours.:confused:
Live help was very helpfull.

Anyone else had problems here?
As is only Rival that i play only because they are fastest with withdrawals this is annoying.
 
I made very fast withdraw from one of the Rival casinos ( Tradition ) in last week .Even they said between 1-5 business days I received money second day.

Wow, SlotoCash is the fastest Casino ever when it comes to withdrawals. I once had my cashout processed in just 6 hours!
Are you a VIP? If not, that may have something to do with it...
If you are, then I don't know what the hold up could be, they're usual quite prompt.

Really? Maybe this is now new, because as i had registered in your casino, which is now about one year ago, i could make my first withdrawal and wanted to flush my withdrawal and the chat support told me, that this is only available for VIP users, so i have to wait 24 hours and at this time the withdrawal is still reversable.

But after my first withdrawal i got an email, that i'm now a VIP player (i think you must only deposit a full amount of $50 to get a VIP Player?), so it was okay for me :)

Yes i know, but as i said before, on Slotocash i must be a VIP, as i made my first withdrawal and the chat support told me, that i can't flush my withdrawal, because i was certainly not a VIP on my first deposit.

But that's now 1 1/3 year ago, because it was in July 2008

At Slotto cash? well then it was only Rival that did it because I never had that problem at any other Rivals.Slotto does not share the same customer service as the other Rivals do.So it must have been there rules. They would let you know if your V.I.P you would have gotten an e-mail along with a non deposit in your account, unless they stopped that.
 
hm, maybe you should read the whole thread here, because the sloto rep have commented on my posting and she said, that you can flush also on their casino, without any VIP status, so this must be an eror on their chat support, although i can remeber, that this was even stated on their terms and conditions on their webside at this time, but i think, that they've now changed their rules :)

i have an account at all rival casinos, so i know, that i can flush my withdrawals in every casino of them, but it doesn't help so much, because their withdrawals takes always about 5 working days and this is too long for me and that's for me the reason why i play only on sloto, except i got a very good bonus with fair T&C on it from another one :)

I have been very lucky then. Every rival I won at, my wins have quickly gone in to my quicktender account the next day at most 2 days.

You cashout, you know your going to get it. And more often than not your going to get it fast.

The 2-5 days thing at other Rivals is nonsense, and generally they manage to pop a weekend in there as well. I waited 10 days for one cashout, for a Neteller transaction thats instant, its a joke.

The bizarre caps etc that are starting to appear at other rivals, is just laughable.

So in my view, stress free, quick cashouts, helpful support, reasonable bonus terms, its hard to see past Sloto.

Won't even consider playing a bonus with a capped max cashout - defeats the entire purpose of playing slots. Slotpower's motto itself spells it out: "One spin away from a jackpot." Not, "One spin away from a reasonably large amount of money." :D

I am not aware of any casino rep stating reasons as to why there is a standard 2-5 business days processing rule. Furthermore, even if this rule is in force, shouldnt 2 days be the norm and 5 days the exception. I hope someone can answer this for me.
 
IMO a 2-5 day rule is there to try to encourage people to reverse their withdrawal. If with 3dice when you do a credit card withdrawal it's basically instant. You can't reverse a withdrawal, I tried to reverse my first withdrawal with 3dice after 5 minutes so I could change the method from Card to click2pay but it was already processed and the money was in my account the next day. E-wallet withdrawals with 3dice are instant.The longest I've waited is about 3 minutes. If 3dice can do it and slotocash can do next or same day than every casino should be able to do it.

Chu, did you miss my recent post here? :confused: 5 Rival Casinos on that list there with very fast cashouts! Fortune Reel was even on a Sunday and that was just a couple weeks back.

If I didn't see one of my customers patronizing my business in almost a year, I would assume I lost that customer, and that they weren't coming back...

I didnt miss it Rob but what I am saying is why have this absurd rule in place when you can actually pay in any time frame you want. Almost all Rivals have this rule but the processing times are not consistent even with the same casino. Lionslots, for example, had money in my account less than 24 hours after the 1-day pending period but I had a couple of occasions when it took more than 36 hours. The same for Vegas Regal and Vegas Sky. As per the poll that I participated in I dont mind being paid within 48 hours but when some casinos give me the crap that it is their discretion to pay anywhere within the 2-5 day time frame I am pissed off.
 
Casino's payment period should be stable, for example, Sloto always within 24 hours (VIP), of course, because the players from around the world, if the player make withdrawal just it's off duty time of the casino, then the cashout time may increase a cycle, it is understandable that..

on your website you offer ClickandBuy as a deposit method but it's not available in the cashier.

You will find it on some european flags under banking.

It's also offered on some promotions at other rivals.

Coming soon or what should it mean ?

Sloto Cash spent the better part of two hours tripping over themselves trying to reach me (phone calls went un-heeded since they block caller ID and the email I registered w the casino isn't my most trafficked email account.) just to pay out my Major Moolah jackpot win in total rather than in bits as stipulated in their terms under max cash outs. They waived the max and stood by while I made 9 successive, $US2k QuickTender withdrawals before turning back on the 2k daily max WD switch. This in contrast to the 1 month + 3 days it took to get a US$22k check from UK Casino Club when it was a CA site before CR took it over. You foreigners don't know how good you got it! "24 no dough and its a problem!" :lolup:

Sloto Cash is as good as gold.

Well, I'm not sure that it's like NO other casino, but it certainly seems to have its act together in terms of culturing client loyalty. Seriously, someone there knows what they are doing - perhaps someone worked in a hotel like Four Seasons or something? Because you will always remember that $70 on your birthday, lol; something might get messed up at some point, but you'll give them the benefit of the doubt, every time, because they are there for YOU. Obviously, like every casino, they need people to make deposits, but you can always count on them for free chips every now and then - and correct me if I'm wrong, but they don't even cap the max cashout on their free chips, do they? I haven't been playing with them very long, but in light of the endless raves here, they are casino deposit priority #1 for me, no kidding. If anybody is getting a deposit, they are. :)

Yep! You're absolutely right! NO caps on their free chips! I think they're the only Rival that doesn't have the max cashout cap... wow, I remember when
none of the Rivals had caps on their free chips, then all of a sudden they started sproutin' up... that's too bad... who wants to hit a jackpot and not be able to cash it out? well at least you can play it back and earn money off the bonus points you accumulate... that's one thing they allow is the accumulation of bonus points derived from the free chips. I'm surprised they haven't nipped that one yet... i'm sure they will... But Sloto won't... I have faith in them! :thumbsup:

I enjoy the fact that Slotto has there own Customer service. The customer service the other Rivals share is to busy and keeps me waiting in chat at least 20 or more minutes with, " One Moment Please" Sorry we are so busy please be patient".
They chat with at least 5 customers at a time I was told.. With Slotto, customer service is quick and professional and I know that whatever issue I have will be taken care of promptly.
 
All rival casino sharing live support and cash systems,all rival casino payments via pantasia.com(except Slotocah and perhaps there are Vanguard and Betus),it should makes player uncomfortable.
 
I've played at almost all the Rival casinos, but I keep going back to Sloto. I've found their CS to be very friendly and well informed on any issue I've had. I haven't been able to play much as I've had a reduction in income, but when I can and have been fortunate enough to make a withdrawal, the money is in my QT account in under 24 hrs. The CS and the quick withdrawals are major factors in determining where I play.
 
I was fortunate to have a decent cashout at Sloto this morning. I contacted live chat - they flushed the withdrawal.
The money was in my webwallet about an hour later - and thats on a Sunday.

Simply the best !!!
