Yeah still seems strange though. Usually they bonus ban people when they are just either problem gamblers or bonus abusers. They do not bonus ban peoples accounts without a good reason usually!

Gala Casino did something similar to me a couple of months ago. I was an occasional player there, low stakes (20p) per spin, low deposit (£50 every other month), but regular player of their daily free promotions.

I contacted online chat at the time who said it was clearly a mistake, and was sent an email to that effect a day later with apologies. Upon logging in the following day, I did not have any promotions showing. So I replied to the email referencing the content of that email only to receive a reply stating I was no longer eligible for their promotions. No reason given, and no acknowledgement of the email I was previously sent apologising for being told the wrong info.

I’ve never been back to Gala. Their loss.
