I received the email below after 'upper management' posted that I had been contacted by phone and email. Convenient that it was 'unanswered' according to Silver Oak. So I also posted some other emails showing that I have answered all the emails I received from them.
Just wanted to clear things up in case there might be some question as to my integrity in this matter. All of the emails I posted originated from the last one on the list, each was a reply back and forth.

Mike, I sympathize with your payments problems, however, I have been waiting almost a month for my withdrawal. It took almost 3 weeks to get it approved. Now I still don't know when I will be paid. It should not matter whether the withdrawal was for $1000 or $75, I still should have been paid in a timely manner.
