As most of you are probably aware the old name for the Complaints process -- "Pitch A Bitch" -- has recently been retired in favour of "Player ArBitration" while the "PAB" acronym remains in use. Needless to say there are A LOT of places that the text "Pitch A Bitch" has been used around the site and it would probably help Bryan if we kept an eye out and reported them on sight. So ...

Caught this one while fumbling around this afternoon:

To make this dry stuff (mildly) more entertaining I suggest we mention what socks we are wearing. Mine are olive green with a single, large crow in 3/4-profile making googly eyes at the viewer. :D

No socks, never...unless i have meetings with customers :D

2 found in 10 seconds:

- click on Gambling FAQ and go to the bottom of the page -'private arbitration' ... didn't know you are offering that  :D
- click on 'private arbitration' and you can see it in the tab as well as in the url

I have a hard time believing this "category" of the website is/would be offensive to any government body.

I am in the USA so my opinion counts for squat but gambling is an adult activity...... worrying about

the use of the word "bitch" in an adult setting such as this seems odd.

Kindergarten?

2 cents worth

I think this has more to do with looking professional rather than causing offence to adults. "Bitch" in this context is a slang term, and slang is not generally acceptable in a professional setting.

We can still call it Pitch a Bitch - because us happy few know what we're talking about. :D

But yeah, using "bitch" may be frowned upon by the gentry folk that review this site for ADR approval and such.

I won't be able to change the name of the URL on the old pith-a-bitch page, but most current pages I can. But if the pages are old (like old newsletters, news, etc.), the term will remain. I'm not changing historic docs. :p

Couple of dead links on the 'problems.php' page
