Yesterday unprecedented event happend to me by playing.The game was left on auto and I was at shop .When i came home i saw 5 free spins.Started to record the video but as it was time out i reloaded the game and what a suprise I did not see flashing line of 5 free spins.I was looking at typical doa screen.This happend this time for me for all these years of playing.Casino where i was playing send the video to Netent but it is realy interesting how they will solve this issue.Maybe they can put stacked wild posters as it was and give me 5 extra spins.Will see.Maybe it happenend to someone like this?

Something similar happened to me last week. I was in the middle of free spins (actually only one was left) playing DoA when suddenly I got a pop up saying unexpected error happened. When I reloaded the slot there was no free spins and my winnings were not credited.
Support chat found the session showing my history (see below) where I had a spin without end time stamp. They suggested to wait a day to see if the winnings will be credited, but it did not happen. So next day the chat agent credited the winnings manually (he could se somehow how much it was).
The difference between your case and mine is that I have no 5 wilds (so no extra spin was awarded).
So they know the results of all the free spins before they are even played?

Now that you mention it, I was CERTAIN I also had the extra 5 Free Spins once - Could of also had a time out and they were not there. I asked support and they said I didn't activate it. But in any event, it was a while back.

Nope.....just when the last one started, got the "not available error". Went to the history and saw the end balance in spin history was showing correct but winnings from the free spins were not added....
Well if they were able to "fix" the balance later (as mentionned earlier in the thread) then that means that either they have some kind of knowledge of what would have happened without the error OR they were able to resume the play where it stopped (on their side) and just added the money in the players' account.
That's a big problem with NetEnt IMO, the games are too easily reseted when there's a bug. These things don't happen with MGS. I once lost a walking wild on JatB with 3 free spins left after a timeout error. That's not much, but that's clearly money lost due to a bug.
NetEnt should work on a new system that remembers everything: from bet size to resuming in case of a malfunction. Also, being able to redeposit without reloading the game would be appreciated.

I was in shock when 4 wilds dropped in, I rarely play SWR now due to it being so god damn tight.
