There were some murmerings about this lot when they first took over -- with some hilarious stories, CS Interaction.

This isn't funny though - sounds incredibly dodgy.

The bit about doubling what you wager if you cancel the withdrawal as well... Oooooooh. Proper, genuine, bonafide rogue territory.

They have now "investigated" and are claiming I did not use VIP points exchanged to cash. I used "bonus money" I got the 12th. This is completely non sense the balance was 0, I was closing the account and exchanged VIP point for cash 70kr (9 euro) as a last fun ride earned up from the time I had played there.

As mentioned I received a call 24 hours after the win congratulating me so much (so happy on my behalf) and asking me to cancel withdrawal and keep playing for a bonus of double what I wagered for 24 hours with 20x WR. Had to complete this WR in 7 days though.

I had also confirmed the win with CS chat same evening as it happened. And he was very excited for me. We made a deal I`d use the screenshots to promote SlotsMagic on this forum.

Today I got an email claiming missing documents (I have confirmed my documents weeks ago) and that withdrawals were returned to balance. When I returned home the balance was zero, I contacted CS chat. They said it had been confiscated.

Luckily I saved all chat and mail correspondence and screenshots.

The worst thing is them calling to congratulate me, trying to make me cancel withdrawal. Then they claimed the VIP money could not be used to win more than 100 euro. Then it was not VIP money but free bonus money.

I have reported a PAB. Waiting for reply. This should probably not be in this tread so any updates I will put in a new one:)

In the meantime stay far away from these rogues!

PS: After telling them about the PAB and asking them to continue the correspondence with my lawyer or Casinomeister representative they agreed to send the matter higher up in the hierarchy to their risk department.

I see a lot of big wins occuring on RTG slots on a NDB with a max cash out of roughly 50-100 quid.

Thats why I never play any accredited slotbrand on a NDB with a max cashout.
They can keep their free chips as I would go mental hitting a big win on a NDB.

Interesting you should say that because the only RTG and Nuworks cashouts in the last 2 1/2 years have been on free chips. When I deposit I just don't hit anything.

Dagobert this is terrible. I feel for you. If you have submitted a PAB please don't open a new thread or talk any further on this as it's against PAB rules. Let Max do his thing for you.:)
 
They say there is a maximum 100 euro payout when playing with bonus money:

Mistake 1: VIP points exchanged to Cash. Not free bonus money.

Mistake 2: Confirming my win was legit on CS chat same evening.

Mistake 3: Calling me 24 hours later congratulating me on my big win and giving me a bonus offer if I cancel withdrawal.

Of course I celebrate and spend a lot the evening after they call me on the phone to confirm!

I expect them to change this decision. I will take legal action if we do not come to an agreement.

If you havent allready then PAB this, it´s a very valid case. "Something" tells me that this wouldnt have happened if it still was jackpotparty.

"Something"?! EVERYTHING tells me this wouldn't have happened @ Jackpot Party.

There's potential with this takeover for it get particularly ugly as, if they do turn out to be pulling proper rogue tricks, a lot of old J.P customers will be unaware and not realise until they hit big -- assuming they are getting the same service they got with Jackpot Party.

Curious how this pans out as i just yesterday made my first W/D there after a mere 10,- deposit for 245,-
Would be a bummer if they aren't paying, but let's just say so far my experience has been perfectly fine.

Sucks anyway Dagobert, anticipating a big payday which then might not come after all: that is the reason why i don't ever celebrate any winnings until they hit my bank (unless of course i am playing at one of my lovely accredited Casinos:))

He has already submitted a PAB as stated in his post:) If in fact he generated the win from redeeming comp points then Slots Magic is bang out of order. Seems the magic here is to make your withdrawals dissapear:mad: I am glad I have never played at this place and closed my account. Good luck to Dagobert and his PAB.

Agreed, but that happens more often, i've read similar occurrences not too long ago, where CS and/or Management congratulated etc., and the payments team found discrepancies later. Bad timing, and sloppy infrastructure maybe?

Not saying it is OK, but i am hoping for Dagobert it's all a misunderstanding and he will get paid (would also like to get paid myself for that matter)

About that thread, theres a lot of mixed messages, i decided to give them a go despite the fact i had the same issues with lag, disconnects and lobby music during the takeover/start up, but since they sent out a mail saying they had fixed things, i read mostly positive things? So i deposited and played and no issues...

I'm convinced they would never have done the right thing if not under the threat of bad publicity/PAB though.

You don't confiscate a win of this size without making doubly sure you have your facts straight.

I went to look for the max cashout term, I guess it exists for an actual NDB.
I couldn't find it in the general terms.

There are about 25 different promotions listed though, and most have their own set of terms.
Im hoping it's there somewhere.

Excellent! Despite their issues since taking over JPP, I do believe that they are trying their best to carry the good reputation of JPP onwards. I am fully understanding of how stressful this affair must have been for you, and it's cheered me to know you've been paid, and a not insignificant sum of £500/600 E on top is simply fantastic. I hope they would also treat non-CM members as good if a similar situation were to occur again. WTG Dagobert! :lolup:

You should really only use prose like that when you are 100% sure and it has been PROVEN to us all that they are 'lying cheating b*stards'. Not good form to make statements of this extremity without corroboration. Just sayin' :eek2:

Finally, in what seemed like forever, I got one of these again. Played at Clubgold, at which I signed up today because they just got Netent. Will report if I have any trouble withdrawing.

i almost want to give another try to this because of your location :oops: i lost more than 1000eur on it from my money and more than 500 in winnings from another slots and never saw 1 wild on each reel during FS. 0.36 and 0.45. what i do wrong :confused:
