What's up with the Sunny Group?
These guys have been in business for years and are one of the pioneers of online gaming. But even so, the Sunny Group knows better. Over the past couple of months there have been a number of complaints that were submitted at Casinomeister, but the operator and his managers have remained silent. Most of these player problems concern non-payments.
(More info or customer problems in detail: https://www.casinomeister.com/rogue-casinos/)

They still accept usa players but have different software provided for usa players which is glasseye that is provided by stars software (couldn't find any info by googling). when i asked via live help where i can find info or website address for stars software they say it is down and wouldn't tell me their website address (i told them my email address so they can tell me in the future, if that ever happens..). Its like they are hidding something. When i told them about the complains from customers about non-payment and no response, they said those members didn't follow terms and condition and bonuses rules so the payment wouldn't be carried out. I don't know about that. What i want to know is should i Join one of their casinos and where i can find more info on this stars software or glasseye (provided by stars software). any Info will help!

Given that you are already in possession of the facts, and of the opinion of this site's owner, why would you even CONSIDER playing there? :what:

They're rogued. Enough said. I'm sure you can find someone else out there.

Playing there is definitely not "gambling". You'll give their money to them. If you win, you won't get a thing. If you bust, you'll probably deposit again.

Either way, they're going to keep your money.

Well i want opinion from people who played with them recently if u didn't. Also, they wereone of the pioneers on online gaming since 1998, maybe this complains by customers aren't 100% true since they might have abused bonuses or term and condition (I don't know about that much since i am new to casino). So if anyone knows about them from personal experience please don't hesitate to let me know!

Go read the complaints section and PAB section regarding all of the RECENT and Legitimate players that they have stiffed. It's not like they were rogued a long time ago.

I guess I'm talking to a brick wall here. If you want to donate your money to them, go right ahead.

Intertops accept all US players, they are Microgaming, and accredited here.

Hype Gaming accepts all US players, not accredited, but the members seem happy with their games. They HAVE had some issues of late with delayed payout of withdrawals.

ClubWorld/ClubUSA accept all US players, they are RTG, and are accredited here.

That's just off the top of my head. Check the accredited list of casinos (link found at top of forum). I'm sure you can find a decent casino there that would meet your needs.

The thing is I want to join a casino that has roulette where you can spin without betting (ex joyland.com (don't accept usa), mahau.com, sunvegas.com (don't accept usa players from NY where i from)) then spin whenever you want later on so on (just play their demo or instant play roulette games and you will see what i mean (pyramidcasino has it, so you will know what i mean)

Star and Glasseye

Have you googled these? It could be BS to throw you off the track.

This was a really good group at one time but sadly they have declined, screwing players around too frequently and running some ridiculously dodgy PR and marketing stunts.

Good on you for researching, but the ultimate decision is yours....and there are experienced players here offering their advice to help ensure you don't get ripped.

There were a LOT of complaints, and they were recent (October - December).

Search the forum for Mapau. You will see they have non-payment issues and they do not respond to players (and obviously potential players). I believe the complaints were legitimate.

Whatever you are trying to do with roulette, I wouldn't do it at those casinos.

okay I CLEARLY UNDERSTAND now that i shouldn't join any sunny group casinos (mapau, casinofortune). Therefore, the other opinion I want for the casino is pyramidcasino.com and www.house-of-gambling.com (two of the 10 casinos Owned by Internet Empire Entertainment). please let me know any info regarding these 2 casinos and if it is safe to join them (i couldn't find any complain on them by googling)

Believe me when I say to run, not just walk away from these guys. They have slipped into the dark-side. The complaints are legit - they are flat out lying to you when they claim they are not. Some do not involve bonuses. These are "no pay" issues. These complaints were not sent the casino "support", but to the owner with most of his managers copied on. No reply - and I thought I knew these people.

The complaints still come in, but I can't bother with them anymore.

Cheese and crackers!!! You're an accident waiting to happen! Before you take another step, please read and follow the instructions on this page:
https://www.casinomeister.com/how-to/spot-a-rogue/

And then apply this to any casino you feel the urge to play at. It will save you some hassles.

I checked and the only one that will take usa players from my state (new york) is microgaming however not all of them do from my state (like crazyvegas.com sunvegas.com, etc). Therefore, can you tell me which one that do for microgaming. Also just to let you know, i downloaded this software from crazyvegas.com and 2 time it malfunctioned during fun play (ball got stuck and couldn't spin no more: had to exit and reload it). I have window xp home edition

yes i know that but the max. is 5.00 which really sucks for the technique i will be using. therefore can you tell me what microgaming casino site accepts players from new york

TO KASINOKING: also just to let you know pyramidcasino.com and www.house-of-gambling.com (two of the 10 casinos Owned by Internet Empire Entertainment) also has spin without betting (uses GTS and World Gaming software). therefore, what is your opinion on them? is it safe to join them?

Yes, $5 per spot; but if you're martingaling on Black/Red or 12's or whatever you can still do it by placing chips on the numbers on the table.
I don't think there is a max table limit, so doing this you could go up to $95 on even bets & $65 on 12's (maybe more if you did splits as well...?) A bit tedious & slow, but it would achieve your aim (and stop you betting too much! ;) )

According to Simmo, only Intertops MG is OK for NY (I haven't checked).

I've never even heard of those two IEE sites, so I'm sorry I can't help there.
But please be careful with any 'dodgy' places. Trouble is, you're obviously intending to use a Roulette betting 'scheme' and many rogues would be only too quick to label such play as 'abusive' in some way & use it as an excuse not to pay.
If you must try them, at least start with a small deposit, play for a while & try to withdraw & see what happens. If all goes OK then you could go for bigger amounts.
Take care & good luck!

Never had that problem!
Only one I've had is slot games not working after an MG upgrade when new games released. Had to un-install & reinstall the whole casino

I'm not a computer boff, but maybe the thread below will help... ?
