Shady Lady provider

As an experienced slots player, I want to know more regarding a relatively new software provider named Shady Lady.
I would appreciate any feedback on their regulatories, licensing status, and the integrity of their math models.
Because recently, I have encountered highly unusual payout behavior while testing their game like The Truth and Trap Tower. I am fully aware of how high volatility and standard variance. However, the outcomes raise concerns regarding the configuration of these specific games.
My observations:

• The Truth: I triggered the "Super Bonus" three separate times, and every instance resulted in a final payout of 0.00.
• Trap Tower: I triggered the "Super Bonus" four times, and all four sessions similarly ended on a 0.00 return.
• Multiple basic free spins rounds have also generate repeated 0.00 payouts with some of them being in a row.

Has anyone else encountered this level of play with Shady Lady? Alternatively, is it possible that these are regular 0.00 outcomes, they mathematically designed for a result configurations?

I’ve played Shady Lady slots since they first arrived on the scene. Their first few releases were fun to play. Then they got into the whole loot box bonus gamble crap and their newer slots have been volatile as hell since. Such a shame for a provider that had promise. They are streamer fodder now.

I saw complaints about their games in other forums well.
Such a shame. I really did enjoy their games, but they are unplayable and don't really feel legit at all.
Still failed to finding any good info and certificates on their games. You have mentioned the lootboxes. Maybe they put all the RTP to that section and some other little features? Ended up game's free spins to be dead.
