Damn, this really freaked me out until I read down and noticed it is only to be used against al-Qaida based Americans, phew had me going there, as we all know killing people with drones does sometimes kill all the innocent people around them (to the tune of 3500 in Pakistani), but never mind, as long as they get those pesky terrorists all is fine
