Thank you for taking your time to look at this and I appreciate any help in advance.

I believe that unsafe gambling practices are being allowed at Ladbrokes as there is a lack of care from yourselves. I have been self-excluded for almost 2 years now and managed to open up an account with yourselves and managed to deposit thousands. The information I signed up with is all 100 correct as to what was given to GamStop and I have attached for your reference this document used to register with GamStop with a date and Timestamp if you request this from GamStop you will receive the same document so you can clearly see no information is different also I sent you a picture of myself and my passport which was also given to GamStop but was still allowed to gamble this has ultimately affected me in a big way and caused me to loose family relationships, have severe health issues and get into thousands in debt. I believe that Ladbrokes have acted carelessly into preventing this from happening. Furthermore I spoke to 3 different live chat operators and informed them of myself exclusion some of which I have screenshot some I do not and I clearly stated I have been self-excluded but my account was never banned it was only after sending emails back and forth did you block my account. I am asking that this needs to be stopped and something needs to be done as this is a real issue that is causing harm to a lot of people. I also believe that as I should not have been allowed to gamble in the first place and my account is now blocked some deposits should be returned as there were a lot of red flags that you did not pick up on

To summarise I have checked my GamStop document and all details are exact apart from my email which I did not know was not on the original GamStop form however Ladbrokes went through a KYC verification where I had to provide my passport and bank statements proof of address which I also provided GamStop with but still they failed to close my account t and allowed me to carry on. They have replied sati g they are not going to do anything as I I tried to circumvent the system and if correct details where used they would have picked this up. I have been battli g with there customer service and complain team as I was getting no response to emails and chat operator leaving this has caused me more stress on top as its put me in a really bad place and Ladbrokes have not helped whatsoever

Hi all My issue is more of an regulations issue which again is related to responsible gambling I read in May an article during the Covid-19 situation taht all UK casino will have to remove the feature known as "Withdrawal Reversal" now on the 8th June I processed 2 withdrawals one for the amount of £5500 and one for the amount of £3000 I have emails of the withdrawal and cancellation receipts as proof as i was able to reversed the withdrawals even though you knew i was a problem gambler you allowed me to do so. I read on the gambling commission website that there is an existing LCCP requirement for licensees to account of GC guidance which should allow the changes to be made in mere days yet weeks later I was able to reverse £8500. I would like this to be rectified and the reversed is this possible?

I have spoken to ladbrokes and they believe that by implementing this by the 25th July is sufficient and they will not do anything about this I also did not get any emails regarding this being turned off manually which they tried to point out but I was not told this at any time or I would have done this definately.

Sorry I was not aware the PAB was public thank you for merging.

The PAB isn't public. I've replied there too and you'll see that it is not accessible to anyone but you and us.

No, you had posted a second thread in the Non-Bonus Complaints area, that's the one that was merged in here.
