Casino Complaint Self exclude winnings/ every matrix / jetbull

EveryMatrix must be one of the biggest snakes in the industry now because of this. If i want to self exclude from a casino, i will and it will usually be because that particular casino has slots that died of boredom or they seen me coming and thought, '' No way am i giving you anything you slut, switch off the slots to NON-PAYOUT boys! '' ...Nothing to do with gambling issues. Generally i find a lot of casino's will not close an account for me but will instead offer a self exclusion........Now i know why! ' Live and Learn! '

I was sent this e-mail yesterday and was about to post about it until i saw this thread, obviously i am not alone!

''You have recently attempted to register a gaming account on Flamantis.com. Our system has detected that you have previously opted to self-exclude on a website managed and operated by EveryMatrix. Your self-exclusion on PlayHippo is still active and will end on 13/11/2020. As self-exclusion implies possible gambling issues, for your protection and in accordance with our general duty of care, we are obliged to exclude your newly registered account for the period remaining on your initial self-exclusion.

We will now take the necessary steps to do so for the following sites;
377Bet.com
NoxWin.com
Flamantis.com
IntraGame.com

Please note it will not be possible to activate your account during the period of self-exclusion. Also, it will not be possible for you to open any other accounts and gamble with any sites managed and operated by EveryMatrix. Should you manage to register an account with one of our partners we will exclude any such account/s and potentially retain your deposits and/or winnings on any such account, by virtue of the following clause in the terms and conditions:

“Should you self-exclude from at least one of the websites managed and operated by us and afterwards, during the applicable self-exclusion period, succeed in opening an account, depositing and playing on another website managed by us, your deposited amounts and your subsequent winnings, if any, shall be forfeited by you, retained by us and you agree to waive any and all claims relating to the respective amounts.”

Kindly visit Terms and Conditions for more information about how we treat self-exclusions.

If you feel you might have a gambling problem, we advise you to consider seeking help from a professional organisation. Please visit our Responsible Gaming pages for more information on this subject.

Yours Sincerely,
EveryMatrix self-exclusion team ''

After playing through a bonus @ Flamentis casino, they decided to shut me down and close my account without warning. I only checked my emails and found this in my inbox @ finding i could no longer log in. EveryMatrix obviously do not care or interested in their members..............Never again for me.

Interestingly enough, over a six week period and up until yesterday i was sent marketing e-mails from a host of EveryMatrix casino's. Noxwin being the last one.

They're obviously doing this on purpose knowing that if i take them up on the offers available i can't win whatsoever....GENIUS BUT VERY CORRUPT!

I'm afraid that's about as sly as it can ever get. Dirty Deeds from EveryMatrix!

More double standards, they are aware that you have self excluded because they have told you, yet they still market to you. More rogueness.

.

SE should NEVER be used to make a statement of being pissed off at game payouts or because you simply dont like a casino. It is here for problem gamblers and should be used as such. If you dont like a casino then simply close the account or limit your deposits. If you SE expect consequences and its not gonna get any easier. At some point in the future when you SE from 1 casino you could find yourself blocked from all casinos under a certain license.

And there is no switch to flick for "non - payout" thats just myth used by people who gambled and had a bad run. The legit operators do not need to flick any switches as the maths model built into each games ensures that in the long term the casino always comes out on top. If you use SE expect consequences. It is as I said a tool only for problem gamblers. Some people really miss that point. Im not saying EM are handling this issue well at right now and loads of work needs to be done but in the end we are responsible for the choices we make.

I understand Deeplay, but previously i wasn't aware of this, so thanks.

However, i might add that on numerous occasions when trying to close an account with a lot of casinos i have been told self exclusion is infact account closure by casino staff.....Obviously this is not true, therefore there will be people like me who are blissfully ignorant of the facts.

......Just saying, ' They play dirty '

Totally agree with Lucky. I have closed accounts only to find out later that I was SE'd when I specifically had told them that I did not like the game offering on their site. They do play dirty. I guess like Jon always says, do not close accounts ever.

Capturejrn.jpg Thank You to Noxwin on sending me an invitation to play the new KING OF SLOTS.

I must refuse this very kind offer as apparently i am self excluded from all Every Matrix casinos as you kindly pointed out in an earlier e-mail to me after your theft of my winnings from Flamantis.

In your own terms, what exactly does self-exclusion mean?.........ENTRAPMENT? THEFT? ENCOURAGING THOSE SELF EXCLUDED TO PLAY KING OF SLOTS?
