To protect innocent, I will not use casino name. I won some money from a casino and waiting for cashout, then I was emailed that $3000+ will not be paid to me due to $1500 chargebacks on prepaid virtual visa cards. The casino did inform me that their payment processor made mistakes so some payments were processed a month later.
I am shocked as I never did any chargebacks. I went to investigate, and found out that when the processor tried to charge my prepaid virtual visa cards one month later, there are not enough funds on those cards.
Neither the card provider nor the payment processor notified me about this situation, until I cashout.
I do not think I should be responsible for this situation, the casino should not conficiate the entire $3000+, rather they should deduct the $1500 and pay me the rest.
I am seeking advice here, do I have a case? Also, why the processor call these transactions chargeback? I never disputed any transactions with my knowledge.
thanks
