Hi,

only just joined today and was wondering if any members could help me with an issue i have had with this game, I have complained through the host site of Corals and am now waiting for a reply (currently 28 days) I triggered the bonus which gave me 11 free spins that go up on a multiply each spin you make, on the last spin i won the jackpot which was 5k x 11! the game added up the winnings and said i won 57k but only paid the jackpot once on to my balance instead of by 11 the rest of the wins were multiplyed. im waiting for playtech to get back. any advice or similar scenarios on this game? Ive checked the rules and there is no mention of not paying jackpot by the multiplyer and surely this is the unique selling point of this game. The game itself also added up my total winnings as being 57k so the software recognised the win and there was only an issue of it being credited to balance. I have all screenshots of the win and the rules so there can be no confusion if I need to take further.

Don't know if it is just coincidence but when you load it you get a message saying that the game is currently unavailable. Sounds like a bad glitch.

This is essentially a copy of IGT's Cleopatra 2 and Bitten slots but I have found the Playtech one really hard to get anything from so congrats on such a huge win.

The game was removed as part of this investigation. Im not sure if this is a good thing or not in relation to my complaint. Thx for your congratulations but its not in the bank yet! fingers crossed.

I noticed the game being gone around two weeks ago or so, didn't know what was going on. I hope you'll get your winnings, this slot is capable of some massive hits and I have to say it doesn't bode well if such a win triggers some huge investigation that goes on for weeks

hi, yes the length of time is a worry but Im confident that they will pay as I said in my original post the jackpot of the 5 amazon symbols was recognised as a win and the other smaller amounts were paid on the multiplyer. The game did come up with "mega big win" and 57k winnings. The malfunctions line in the rules surely cannot count in this case?

Was it a progressive JP?

Don't think i have played this at length to notice, but if it was it would be safe to assume that the JP is only paid once, whereas other winnings accumulated will be paid according to the multiplier

Yes but "only" line stake. So a bet of £2 would be each line 0.10=£5K times multiplier.

To make it simple. 5 Amazon ladies pays 2500x stake (total stake)

Don't quite understand your post? You are right with calculations but don't get its relevance? I won 5k from a 10p line but on a 11x multiplayer hence the 55k query? The other 2k was made up of smaller wins on feature.
