This complaint isn't from me, but from my friend.

The following is the transaction log:

7/21/2006 12:27:49 AM Auto NETeller Withdrawal Requested ($200.00)
7/21/2006 12:22:59 AM Auto NETeller Deposit Approved! $100.00
7/21/2006 12:22:57 AM Auto NETeller Deposit Requested $100.00

This player made the withdrawal on 7/21/2006 and it was approved on the same day. Sci-Fi withdrawal usually comes to neteller in 1~1.5 days. The support rep. said the money was already sent, but this player hasn't received the money in her neteller account yet.

Did you PM the rep? Seriously, though, 21/7/2006 is a Friday. Shouldnt it be in order to wait a bit more in view of the weekend.

If it's any consolation, you could direct your friend to the threads of slow payment from other RTG casinos, the most current being Club Player and Shark. These are really sloooooow.
