Some words to the wise....

(1) You may want to edit out your username and account #. Not sure if you'd like the entire virtual world to have access to them.

(2) Have you called them directly? In my experiences, they've been incredibly responsive via the phone.

(3) If it's too much trouble, you should probably just try a different casino...

(4) Your particular request aside, I've been quite pleased with Sands. For me, their CS has always been quite responsive, and the processing of bonuses and withdrawals quite painless and fast. Hopefully Tony's experience wouldn't sour them for anyone else out there.

The problem I've had with online gambling in general is that the wagering requirements don't include roulette. That's the only game I care to play.

Trying to get a casino to wave these requirements has been another challenge. Hell they already have a house edge, what are they afraid of.

I should have noticed I posted my account info but it's doesn't matter, I had already closed the account after never getting a response for trying to get them to restrict bonuses.

A casino that will not even respond to an e-mail of a customer is not a casino I care to be involved with. That is piss poor Customer Service.

I'm unsure why you've suffered from such "piss poor" customer service - but as I've indicated before, my experiences with them have been VERY positive.

As for why a casino would not allow roulette - the rationale is similar to the prohibition of baccarat - the presence of virtually "even-money" wagers. In short, just as a gamer could wager "player" and "banker" for baccarat, a gamer could do similarly with "black" and "red" for roulette. In short, no funds would ever be at risk - discounting the vig in baccarat and the 0 and 00 slots in roulette.

Situations like this are why I prefer to play at casinos that ask you to use a promotion code before issuing a bonus to your account. As the bonus hunter I am, I always take the free money that is available but, I still prefer to have it be my own decision rather than be forced down my throat.
