Hi,

My name is Linda and I work for the fraud department on Casino Saga. We have reviewed your account and found out that you have abused our bonus terms and conditions. We list clearly in our terms and conditions that bonuses can only be used once per household and IP-address.

Your account have been closed and the winnings from the bouns have been removed from your account. This decision is final.

Regards,
Linda

WHAT CAN I MAKE HAVE YOU A IDEE?

THANKS

They don't say that you have multiple accounts. They are saying that only 1 account per household or IP address is allowed. Does someone else in your home have an account with them?

I do not play there, But thats a hell of a lot of money to win from a promotion,

It is good advice from rainmaker to read and file a PAB.

You should not post further here about your issue.

They did not accuse you of multiple accounts, but multiple household or IP address accounts.

Some place, like student dorms, small apartment buildings (or even larger ones), room mate situations, even former tenants, could be a cause, even if it was not someone in your household. At times spouses or parents, adult children or even friends you have over, might sign up without discussing it with each other.

If you do have knowledge that someone else in your household, or using your computer or wi-fi signed up with them, be upfront about it. You won't be able to hide it, and you may not be entitled to your winnings. But you might be at least entitled to a refund of your deposit depending on the circumstances.

Sometimes genuine errors occur too, so be polite, respectful and cooperative.

This is why such terms are rogue. It's impossible to know for sure that you have complied with them. Casinos should know that gambling is often seen negatively by society, so it is not something people are going to discuss freely. If anything, using such a term to void one player's winnings breaches the privacy of another, and this breach could have legal implications in terms of privacy and data protection laws. Given the spread of regulation, casinos are less protected by the "wild west" of the internet that allows them to pick a jurisdiction that does not have such privacy laws, yet service markets where such laws exist.

The pre verification requirement of the new UK regulations should mean that casinos will spot attempts to make second accounts in a household and could block them using the right to refuse admission. However, pre verification may remove the need for such terms as it would catch out those using multiple identities, as well as enable to casino to see more easily cases where it's a genuine case of spouses who both play, rather than a 2 bedroom house that apparently has a dozen adult residents.

Please make the PAB immediately and stop chatting. All best for you, good luck.

And... this is why you never use deposit bonuses. they are crap! All over x10 wagering is bad and there is none! Just a scam to take ur money.

Of a sort. The casino had a pretty fair case of multiple accounts, we bounced that back to the OP for comment and, afaict, the OP never responded. The issue died there.

Both Max and I are a little snowed under. This guy received his deposits back. He never properly completed his withdrawal, and was found to have other connected accounts. Banned for submitting a bogus PAB, and wasting our time. Douchebag.

Seems to me inappropriate that the current thread title -- "casinosaga.com fraud won over 63000euros account closed" -- should stand in light of the OP's misbehavings. Changing it to something a little more neutral.

Agreed, Something I noticed also, The players named is red so does that mean baned? Just that I see no banned user next to it?

Yup, red is banned. Good that you pointed it out though, I've updated their user title.
