Rushmore - withdrawal delay

NOT HAPPY!!!!

I guess i may never see my winnings which are quite big ,since Nov 22 support keeps assuring me that i will get paid but now they are also getting late with aproval times , instead of 3 days it;s now 8 days since my last one and still no aproval , maybe because they can't pay me what they aproved so far so why bother!! . I have no idea who to ask for because it seems it's always the same guys that are either on live chat or phone and the answer is always the same......we have no new info. Some help Indeed!!!

i'm ready to tell them i will personally come and pick up my winnings ...lol

and how about C-Planet? Don't they give player support? One thing is for sure, they are a very poorly run group , with or without processor issues. shame,shame , shame.

Fraud is obviously apparent from the lack of responsibility they show their players!!!!!!!
 
Got a Withdrawal

In case anyone is still waiting on withdrawals, I wanted to let you know that I did receive an amount into my bank account via Wire Transfer on 12/13. They were two withdrawals combined from 10/28 and 10/30. So hopefully they have cleared up any issues, and will now have smooth sailing. I will say that even though there have been issues, I have always received winnings. So far they have stuck by their word on that end.

I'm now waiting on withdrawals approved on 11/24 and 12/1 so I will update when I see those deposited. Just keep working with them and eventually you'll see your money.
 
I noticed in another forum that someone was paid yesterday from a withdrawal 10/25. It seems they go in waves....they pay every couple of months. :eek2:
 
Rushmore ticked me off today.......

Received email that they need wire info entered each withdrawal. Strange as if you have already "registered" your wire "account/infor" it doesn't even provide a place when you make your withdrawal subsequent times to provide the information again.
So I had to delete the "registered wire transfer account" and make the withdrawal again and enter the wire information again. What a crock of crap.

Now I have to wait all over again for them to process the withdrawal. In the meantime, I was paid my CW withdrawal in 3 business days.

Sounds like a deliberate attempt to stall to me.

Why do you keep playing there given their slow pay history? Surely there are better choices even for US players.

I'm told maybe tomorrow or next day or beginning of next week we hope waiting on processor still. I did learn as of yesterday that the "NEW PROCESSORS " told Rushmore that they use a 3rd party also.. SO it goes to withdraw department, then finance department, to the NEW PROCESSOR then to 3rd party? I also did a with draw on December 8th I was told that they were going to send CHECK with a carrier. As of today they told me that my wire transfer that i did on November 06th should be in my account about this time next week (about 5 more business days) Im told. Also that my check from withdraw on the December 8th will arrive about the same time. I really like this site and vip managers, finance seems to take there sweet AZZ time getting back to me if they do at all.. I REALLY HOPE THAT IT IS SOMETIME THIS WEEK.. BUT I BEEN HOPING THAT FOR 6 WEEKS NOW..
Come on RUSHMORE make me a proud player.. Instead of an angry crazy lady that has to call, email, and im chat EVERYDAY..

What they need to do to start repairing the damage and establish credibility again is to have a rep assigned to monitor the concerns showing up here and personally respond regarding what is going on.

it is fun. Go there, log on and talk to live support. There are a couple of options -- helpful staff will explain it all to you. They made it easy for me.

But.....BUT ----- processor issues come up regularly as casinos switch between different ones, this may vary week to week. However, anyone I have listed has been reliable in getting me paid.

Is it worth a call?

I have basically given up even asking about my withdrawals, since i figured i have 19 of them , not worth getting upset everyday because the answer from all sides is always the same!!! I'm not a VIP player at Rushmore so i'm at the mercy of the Gods!!! It does give me hope seeing that some people are getting paid, even late. I will also post here if i do get my wires even if it's in 2014!!!!!

I can see a long road of headaches ahead ..... :rolleyes:

Same thing happen to me but they waited 13 business days to tell me to enter information again.. Told me after the point that i would have already had received it to this day i have not received it and its been over 6 weeks. I was told sunday or earlier next week.. We will see...

Contact support via Live Chat at the site. They can walk you through the options that work for US based players. They helped me return to the site with a decent deposit/withdrawal option.

I enjoy playing at both these casinos because they offer 3x odds at their craps table. I requested a withdrawal 9 weeks ago and each time I called they told me they are having processor problems and will take another 6 - 10 days for the wire transfer. I called them last week and they informed me that my withdrawal has been processed but it may take up to 3 weeks to be transferred into my Bank of America account. I went to BofA and they told me that some countries do take 3 weeks. I sincerely hope that everyone on this forum gets their money and that these two casinos resolve their problems. They are both great casinos to play craps at.
 
It has never taken longer then 3 days once they "actually" transfer the funds. Last time they had delays and I didn't receive it within 10 days they finally informed me it hadn't be sent by the their processor. Several days later they said it would be sent and I received it two days later.

Now they advise this one was sent on the 18th which is odd as that was a Sunday. Will see what happens this time around.

I would *love* to hear that it is changing -- but not holding my breath. From the other posts and the 56 days and waiting from someone else here AND them telling me in a personal email that the best I can expect if I played/won was 5-6 weeks, sorry I am done with them.

Haven't uninstalled it --- but none of my money will be going there, no matter how strong or generous the "Presidential Level" VIP status might be in terms of perks. It is all phantom "funny money" if you can't get paid.

Life is too short and there are too many other choices where you don't have to pester cajole and track days while hoping to get paid.

Still haven't received wire so if not received tommorrow it wasn't processed on the date the gave me.

I received payment for slots jungle 2 days after they advised it was processed. So Rushmore is just not processing the payments timely.
 
I'm still waiting ..Nov 23th was sent to the processor but i think the processor is in Mars so until a space craft comes to earth no chance of me seeing the wire transfer...... i think Jessica Rose wrote a bulk processor email for all as a xmas present ...... she's prolly cooking turkey at home!!!!!

I also have received both of withdrawals from Rushmore very very long wait with change of processor was approx 7 -8 weeks..

although i must add they have given me a number on bonuses to play on with a 30x play-though.. and i did win an additional 1500.00 Shane and Thomas were amazing.. hope all is fixed now.. For i do enjoy playing on this site..
 
Man, I feel sorry for you USA guys... I don't know if Rushmore is your only option to play, but I know all to well the feeling of waiting weeks and months for money that is yours. That feeling really sucks, beleive me, I know....

I was gonna say, play at 32Red, there you get paid in less than 24 hours, even when it's christmas, but I know it is not that easy for you guys...
