Run, don't walk from 3WGraphic casinos

Dormant account
I took a trip into bizarro casino-land and am paying the price. It appears as if goldengalleycasino.com, a 3WGraphics casino, is not going to pay my ~$600 balance.

I have had a pending withdrawal there since Oct. 3. At first, they tried to throw me off track with responses that could be likened to the oil slick feature in the old Spy Hunter video game. Here's one:

Dear XXX

As we told you before our Bank is currently not able to render its banking services.

We cannot transfer funds to our merchant neteller account. We do appreciate your patience and will transfer your winnings as soon as we resolve this situation.

P.S See the letter of explanation from our Bank

Dear Client,

As you may have encountered, the bank is currently not able to render its banking services in the normal course of business.

This unfortunate situation is the result of a visit to the bank on September 5, 2006 by Dutch and local authorities for the purpose of gathering information as part of an investigation, inter alia into alleged money laundering by the bank in relation to alleged VAT fraud by clients of the bank. The Dutch authorities have placed substantial liens on assets of the bank to secure any claim they may have in connection with the above referred to allegations.

Now that's one I hadn't heard before. It does not inspire confidence.

A few weeks later they changed there tune to another cacophonous note:

Dear XXX

As you know recent USA bill is not allowing us taking any deposits from US Players .

At this moment lots of US players waiting for return of their deposits.

We are under big financial pressure and we are preparing schedule of payments to all US customers.

We will let you know when you payment will be processed

Regards

These two excuses have nothing to do with one another. The former is absurd while the latter is untrue. The UIGEA does not mandate that casinos stop taking deposits from USA players. It is up to their discretion. Further, I had deposited, played and requested payment well before the bill was passed.

As my pleas for payment continued, they simply stopped responding. I contacted the software provider but they just flipped me back to the casino, giving no assistance.

I pitched a bitch to Casinomeister but apparently the casino never responded to him either. As far as I can tell, Golden Galley is still in operation, taking deposits but not paying withdrawals. I can only emplore others to not only stay far away from this dump but to also refrain from playing at any other 3WGraphics casinos. They seem to have a very hands-off attitude.

I regret playing at a less than high profile establishment but I like to try out different softwares and gave them a shot. Bad move.

Casinomeister, please put this place into the rogue section as you said you would do. The list of necessities a casino would need in order to call itself a casino would seem to begin and end with the ability/obligation to pay. This is one casino that does not fit that definition.

Cloud is still hazy
Following last week's warning on Cloud Casino.com, which has been plagiarising site printwork and telling fibs about its software we came across a number of complaints this week which suggest that players should be very cautious around this 3WGraphics powered casino. Even Gambling Grumbles is battling to get a fair accounting or indeed the courtesy of a response regarding one player stiffed for over $5 000 here. You can read the sad story on the GG pages at Gambling.com.

Just goes to show that people need to do homework before depositing at a casino online...:| It definitely seems that this software provider (which is actually from Russia, it seems) doesn't care who they license it out to.

Good luck getting your money!

Oh Crap!

Dear Client,

This is most likely the true reason they cannot pay. This seems a strong indication that this bank has been a front for organised crime, to enable them to clean up their ill gotten gains. The authorities will have frozen everything at the bank, and the casino should have immediately ceased trading as they are effectively insolvent. The fact that they are taking deposits means they have no morals, and are probably diverting this money elsewhere, and will probably cut & run once there is any danger of the investigation by the Dutch leading to arrest warrents and charges. They will lose all the money in that bank, but will at least have scammed a few more unwary punters while the investigation is under way. With the account frozen, there is no way they can even pay their operating costs, let alone players withdrawals.

Identification of the bank involved should enable more detailed checking to be done to see what is going on. There may even be a means to stake a claim with the Dutch authorities if it can be shown the money was scammed from a member of the public but was able to be recovered before it could be "laundered".

3W Graphic's soft

Dear Players!
3W Graphics makes soft for casinos, for games portals, for advertising and for tournaments. We sell software to many companies. Our customers make business as they can. We can check your complaints on www.annacasino.ru and www.annacasino.com only. All others sites are independent from us.

So you license any Tom, Dick, or Harry, and leave their players out to fend for themselves? Bad business practice IMO. You don't see any major casino SW providers doing this.

Do you even require a company to prove they have the assets neccesary to actually pay players if they win big amounts? If not, please let me license your software and start my own casino. I have $100 in the bank after license fees...I'm sure I can make it! :D

From OP:
We are under big financial pressure and we are preparing schedule of payments to all US customers.

In other words, THEY ARE BROKE, and tried to cover it up with the first excuse by claiming their bank was one that was shut down by authorities.

Thanks for caring. It really means a lot to me.

(Casinomeister, how about putting a 'No Thanks' button at the bottom of the posts?)
