Non-Bonus Complaint Ruby Slots Casino - Slow or Never?

I had two payouts from non-bonus deposits *approved* by them. It took about 2 months for me to receive the first one, and I had to spend many hours on collection efforts to do it. The second one is now being delayed like the first one was. The service on cases like this is pretty much nonexistant.

The customer service agents I have been able to contact have said my payout would be here last week, and apparently have lied to me about its status. They have refused to give information, stalled, and told me to "just be patient." They have told me they are "working on it" and "doing the best they can." This payment was approved by them well over a month ago, and reportedly went to the payment processor over 15 working days ago. they said it would be 7 - 10 before I received it. There was one manager there, reached at the customer service line, who helped get my last payout sent, after TWO months of similar experiences. I have not been able to contact her again, despite leaving several voice mails at the customer service line. Usually one cannot talk to anyone there, but must leave a voice mail. I have never had a call back from them. I have also had on-site chat be unavailable much of the time, but when it is available, no help at all.

All I know to do is to keep on trying. If anyone here has any suggestions, I'm all ears.

Terrible group of casinos IMO, due to their deliberate policy of paying cash-outs as slowly as they think they can get away with. :(
You will get paid eventually, if no rules were broken.
I think it's very sad that so many players are STILL getting drawn in by slow payers like this when there are plenty of reputable casinos with the exact same software who pay in a reasonable time-frame (instant to a few days).

Have you ever deposited? If not, there is more than likely some rule (common, and not necessarily rogue) about cashing out two free chips in a row without a deposit in-between.

If you are in New York or Maryland, this are jurisdictions not permitted to play.

They claim to be licenced in Costa Rica, which is a joke of a jurisdiction. Did not find any link to the actual licence however. Nor a proper corporate name. Virtual Group is no longer rogued, so if it is one of their properties and you did not break any rules, you will get paid, albeit not quickly. Tawni does seem to do a good job of moving things along however, if I'm correct about it being one of their casinos.

Beat me to the punch, plus the complete list. It would be nice if those were all listed under Tawni's listing, so players could find her. Or if Ruby Slots even said in their T&Cs they were part of the Virtual Group.

Ruby Slots withdrawal

Hello! Any update on your withdrawal? I have been waiting for over 3 weeks and I am getting nowhere with Ruby Slots. I PM'd Tawni four times and still nothing. I really thought this group of casinos were getting better but apparently not. Lesson learned. :(
