i've been trying to get my money from them since april. they have given
me numerous reasons why i didn't get it. finally the told me i abused
the bonus system by having 2 accounts, which is not true, so i'm not
going to get my money. they even told me it's bonus money so why worry about it. they are liers & theives

This casino is run by a bunch of not very nice people. Casino Extreme, Casino Heat and Ruby Dragon are run by the same characters.

I just received your "pitch a bitch" and I'll see if I can get this resolved for you. Don't hold your breath waiting for a response (from them)though.

This casino is run by the biggest group of thieving scum to ever enter the casino business. They are the worst.. and RTG supports their activities by allowing them to continue to operate and even open more and more casinos which gives them more opportunity to steal.

Hey Don!

Welcome back!

I'm in the process of weeding through some cryptic emails form their support. They seem to he dealing with some form of magic mushrooms or something.

Obviously, this person is struggling with the English language or there is one hell of a party going on over there.

I'm in the process of contacting some of the RTG main points of contact to see if they can fill me in what this support person is trying to convey.

Well, RTG replied back in about 10 minutes with the following:

Hello Bryan,

Sure, we will take a look at this. Please allow me some time to do some research and get back to you. In the meantime, we would appreciate it if you would instruct everyone with a dispute to also file a claim at Link Removed ( Old/Invalid) .

Please, from now on, send all dispute emails to disputes@realtimegaming.com. That way I can keep them organized.

I will check on this as soon as I have a free moment and get back to you.

Thank You,

******
So, perhaps there will be an answer in the works. Hmmm, I wonder what it will be??? :D

"Sure, we will take a look at this. Please allow me some time to do some research and get back to you."

Where have I heard that before??

And the "beat" goes on... and on & and on...

RTG... Get a clue.

I have had better luck with the RTG casinos than many of you seem to have. Initially, being naive, I went for some very attractive Welcome bonuses without checking for warnings here at CasinoMeister.

I like the paytables on RTG video poker and did quite well at most of these casinos. There were some scary delays on some of my cash-ins, and I found Casinomeister when I started searching for information.

Upon reading of other's bad experiences, I thought that I would not be paid be several of them! But with calm persistance, and some very fortunate casino management changes, I eventually got my money from ALL of them!! :)

Crystal Palace - $420
Net Club Casino - $1,152
Casino Extreme - $634

Casino Extreme's new PR was so convincing that I tried the generous welcome bonus at their sister casino Ruby Dragon. I am happy to say that I was lucky again and just found $504 in my NETeller account... after one predictable delay for identification documents.

Please be advised that you cannot cash-in their BONUS unless you have made a profit on it. If you deposit $250 and get the $250 bonus, when you have finished the wager requirements you can cash-in $501 or more. If your balance is $250 to $500, you can get your deposit $250 back, but the bonus stays in yor account until it is lost or you win enough to cash-in $251. If your balance is $250 or less, you can cash in the balance, which is the remainder of your deposit.

So, I am now trying their Casino Heat welcome bonus and a Casino Extreme 70% deposit match bonus. It will be a real long shot to make money on all of these bonuses... but if you are not just bonus hunting, and like to play $.05 video poker, that gives you thousands of chances for a $200 Royal Flush FREE! Works for me!! :)

I also play regularly at Sci-Fi where ALL of their paytbles are full pay and payouts are lightening fast... but my action is not enough to get promotional offers there. :-(

OH!!! I was VERY surprised to find full pay All American video poker (my favorite) at the Nostalgia casinos... where the Jacks or Better is only 8/5! Go figure!

Well, these are just my experiences... your milage may vary. Good luck to all!!

Allthough this has been maltracted by a casinosupporter it appears pretty clever - if its used the right way. They have the system check all kinds of stuff for them and 'grade' the player somehow. I suppose similar passwords and IP-address each 'weights' 17%. Don't know why there are two 'passwords'??

Busting someone on their IP-address alone (what they appear to do in this situation since 'password' says 'NO') is wrong. I can come up with 3-400 people with the same IP-address I have right now when at home. When I'm at work we're more than 3000 people spread all over Denmark with the same IP-address. It all depends on how you're connected to the internet.

Apparently RTG has 99% of their casino's thieving and lying, and in my opinion, RTG constructs them to do so. Why not, nothing ever takes on any lead way with them!!

Can anyone tell me how you find out what group a casino belongs to? For example, is there a listing anywhere of RTG, Playtech, etc. If not, where on the website for each casino would I find such info. Thanks to all. (PS - I hope you are all safe after that terrible blackout..God Bless).
