I filed my complaint with the RTG complaint link you provided here. I did this back on June 3rd or 4th. On June 7th I received an email saying they were looking into the problems I had with Connect To. (See--Connect To more problems) I have written them back every week but never heard another word. It has now been 3 weeks. Casinomeister, if there is anything more that can be done please let me know. Unfortunately this reflects so badly on all RTG casinos.
