RTG complaint Division

I filed my complaint with the RTG complaint link you provided here. I did this back on June 3rd or 4th. On June 7th I received an email saying they were looking into the problems I had with Connect To. (See--Connect To more problems) I have written them back every week but never heard another word. It has now been 3 weeks. Casinomeister, if there is anything more that can be done please let me know. Unfortunately this reflects so badly on all RTG casinos.
 
Same story here, except I got my confirmation from them on June 1st but haven't heard a peep out of them since regarding my complaint with Portofino (STAY AWAY!). Asked for an update a week or so ago and heard nothing. :(
 
and I thought they had finally gotten their ducks in order.

I'll be finding out what is going on with this hopefully by tomorrow. They were to keep me in the loop with the complaints that were being submitted there. But while I was away on vacation...my mailbox is empty :(

I figured everyone was as happy clappy as they could be :D
 
This is looking good

RTG has sent me the stats of complaints from the Montana group (I was supposed to have received them last Friday, but there was a mix-up on who was supposed to send them to me :D), and it's looking good.

I can say that some real progress is being made: a little over 50% of all claims made have been resolved - another 30% should be completed by this week, which would bring this to 80% completion. I'm satisfied that some real action is occuring and this just isn't another attempt to sweep things under the carpet.

This is a new project, so some patience is needed. The site states: "Typically this process takes about three weeks but can take twice that depending on the volume of play or the number of operations involved." so please bear this in mind.
 
Hello everyone. This sounds good, but time will tell.

I took it upon myself to send links last week to other RTG casino(s) of the complaints here and told them RTG 'seemed' to be ignoring them and it made their casino look bad even though they are working hard to keep their casino fair. They in turn forwarded my email to RTG and told them they needed to look into it.

Whether it helped/helps, have no idea, but I will continue doing what ever it takes to get some sort of evidence that there is life at RTG.
 
Currently the "division" is working on Destination Poker's attempted theft of my withdrawal.
From my experience they will not directly reply to your emails but my couple issues that I have had were both being resolved by them eventually.

Right now I am patiently waiting for an update about Destination Poker.
I will see how it goes...
 
I did finally get my $100 from portofino on friday. Only 3 months for a simple withdrawl, so I suppose I should be happy.

In case I wasn't clear about it before, PORTOFINO SUCKS, STAY AWAY!
 
I still have heard nothing from the complaint division other than the June 7th email saying we are looking into your problem. This was involving the problems with Connecto.

I did get a call from Connecto saying they would pay me 500 every 2 weeks which means it will take 22 weeks to get paid my 5500. I have yet to receive the first payment which they said they will send next week if I email to "remind" them.

Why is Connecto not on the rogue list?

This doesn't speak very highly of the state of CtoC's cashflow, their accounting department's efficiency or the efficacy of the Montana complaints system. I've flagged it for RTG's attention - have you been in contact with John Spears about this?
 
rj314 - PM John Spears here - handle "connectocasino". He got my recent slight concerns over lack of responseiveness handled very quickly and my payments expediated.

Did you agree to this (ridiculous) payment plan with Connect To Casino or have they tried to impose it on you unilaterally? Do you know if Montana is aware of this?
