Hey everyone. I have an online gambling experience I'd like to share, and maybe get some advice on:
I recently won some money on Royal Vegas, and attempted to withdraw that money. After finding out that they couldn't deposit it back on my credit card (even though they can take money OFF my card in about 5 clicks), I had to find a new way. Just to find out this wasn't possible, I received and sent emails from/to 3 different departments at Royal Vegas, and after sending in "verification documentation" two or three times, I was finally told that CLICK2PAY was my best bet for withdrawing money from the casino. So I set up an account, and three days later my money from the casino was on my C2P account. I then tried to move it from there to my bank account, but all I saw the on the withdrawal page was "Your current star rating does not allow you to withdraw money." First of all... what the actual f***. I can't access my own money?? I then attempted to contact C2P, as suggested, to increase my star rating. I've attempted to call the listed phone number about 20 times, always getting a busy signal. I sent an email 11 days ago now, no response whatsoever. Sent another email yesterday, still nothing.
I am the only one who finds it outright DISTURBING that a site that handles people's money, and large amounts of it at that, doesn't allow you to access it, and can't be contacted? What am I supposed to do?
Needless to say, this has all but made me vow to never gamble online again, and stick to good ol' Casino Nova Scotia...
