Do royal panda have a rep on here i see melvin was but hasnt been active since august. Cant seem to get heard by the customer service chat and have had a horrible expereince with them.

Chances are if Melvin has left or is sick they won't have a second rep for the forum, Videoslots have a team and Trada have two so it maybe a case of having to proceed through live chat or email if he hasn't been replaced,

Maybe send a private message to a mod they may know how missing reps works
