Once you get CAD, I will.

What do you charge for international bank transfer for cashouts?

If there is no currency exchange involved, we don't charge anything for either deposits or withdrawals.

With currency exchange I'm not 100% sure what happens, but if you want I can find out for you. I'm pretty sure we still don't charge you, but the payment providers might have some extra margin to cover fluctuations.

its the payment providers that do it.

Fluctuation is under 1% so charging 10% is a money grab.

Not a knock towards you as I know it isnt you guys but them

[QUOTE One thing we just changed to the loyalty system as well, is that free spins bought in the shop will be instantly added to your account instead of manually added.[/QUOTE]

If you buy bonus cash with your loyalty points how long will that take to be added? Also is this purchased bonus cash the same as deposit bonus money in that wagering doesn't count? i.e. you have to deposit and wager that deposited money in order to release the bonus?

Thanks- Chris

Hey Chris, that's correct. In general the bonus from the Loyal Panda Shop is added as Bonus Balance, though for Gold/Platinum and loyal players we add it as cash instead.

The rule is that it never takes more than 24 hours, but it will always be faster than that. Especially now that free spins are added automatically, the rest should go even faster as well. If you just hop on the live chat and make our support aware that you've requested the bonus, they can try to speed up the process if you wish.

woohoo

So i decided to sign up with 100US and took me 1/2 an hour to get 400US up
Decided it was wise to ditch the 100 bonus and cash out 501.10US

Checked with CS first to make sure i wasn't stuffing up and then made withdrawal
Let's see how it goes.

Many thanks Melvin,

Many casinos credit bonus points instantly, but this isn't a big issue.

Just to add my support for your BBF. I've been playing at Royal Panda for some weeks now and I think it's a great casino. I love the bonus system where you can bail out if you hit a big win as I did on Friday when taking my weekly Bamboo Bonus and I also love the fast payment times!

5 stars from me, good luck, I predict you'll be accredited here very soon!

Chris

played here yesterday evening, took advantage of the 100% bonus. Cleared wagering and made a withdrawal request about 11.20 last night. Fully verified the account early last week so see how long the withdrawal will take to process.

Got to say thought that panda is SO cute!

And I have more good news for you! Did you know you were taking part in a promotion yesterday? :D Keep an eye on our facebook + your email inbox!

Well... My first "rule of thumb", if I play in any online casinos. No Bonuses!!!
"free of charge cheese is only in a mousetrap" :D

The thing is, with Royal Panda there really isn't a reason to not take a bonus. Unless maybe it'd drag yourself in too far, but you play with cash first and there are no restrictions while playing with your cash balance. If you clear the bonus while playing with cash = free money. If you don't, you can just forfeit it.

Not saying you should, just explaining the massive upside to our bonus system.

I don't trust you, Royal Panda.
You're the gangster among aminals, I guess that's why you're the
mascot. Robbing players left and right :D

I lose and lose and lose here.. Total around 3000 Euros since my last withdrawal. Two times in maybe 25 deposits have i had my balance go up, but nowhere near the total amount of my losses. And each time when i raise the bets i get 30 dead spins instantly as if im playing a different slot than i was with lower bets.

And ofcourse when i exchange my loyalty points fore freespins i win around 500 euros. But wagering is 450 or so so pointless to deposit and risk more money. I ask them to close my account but they offer bonus each time, pointless bonus that you cannot win on. the bonus system is totally pointless.

I went allitle tilt on south park after losing several hundred euros, i started betting 5 and 12,5 euros a spin lost 500 and won total 50 euros. Same on koi princess betting 2 euros pr spin i lost about 400 with next to no wins. If you bet over 2 pr spin the games change.. I get the 10 extra spins on the creature from the black lagoon and win a whopping 100x bet..... That usually pays 500x bet pluss.

I make a negative reveiw on askgamblers and they send me a pm asking my username next deposit i magicly win up to 1000. But as soon as i raise bets its 0 within minutes. Should have cashed out but thinking since i lost 3k it should pay more.

I will never return here thats fore sure.. 25 deposits lost in a row, one single time didd i have the option to cash out and it would still leave me 2000 in the negative.

How can i trust its fair with these results?

Without knowing you and your play style I suspect that the withdrawal button would have only be an option for you once you are back to zero over all. Chasing losses usually leads to even bigger losses and is most destructive.

I recommend to put up a deposit limit to prevent this from happening. Additionally I would advise you to set up an amount where you submit a withdrawal before you start your playing session for yourself. €100 on a €50 deposit for instance. Royal Panda is processing withdrawals very quickly and has as far as i know not the option to cancel your withdrawal.

Making a negative review on AG might put off other punters from registering. Very detrimental move and a disservice to your fellow gamblers that don't play at this great casino.

Regarding the trustworthiness of the games you should rant about Netent, Microgaming and other slot providers that publish slots that have a TRTP under 100% rather than blaming Royal Panda.

The bonuses can be quite useful if you have an early decent paying hit on them. Your chances to convert them on a re-deposit are quite high but you have to play with half an eye following the wagering requirements if your balance drops back into bonus funds.

I only stated my oppinion. To be fair they are generous with comps. But not much luck there for me. And i agree it is foolish to chase losses. But fore me i usually deposit 100-200 i would never cash out less than 500. Maybe not less than 5-10x deposit.

Hi luringenersmart, thanks for your post.

Sorry to hear that you aren't having luck in the games.

I can only assure you that we do not, and don't have the ability to, influence any game outcome. All our current games are provided by NetEnt, Microgaming, NYX ( UK only at the moment) and Evolution for our live casino.

All of these are licensed, as are we, by the UK Gambling commission and the MGA. Their games are tested by 3rd party analysts as well, to ensure that the game is fair and the outcome can not be manipulated.

Do keep into account that the games are created with a small house edge. For slots this is generally between 2 and 4%. This means that the more you play, the more likely you are to lose against the house. Something called the "law Of large numbers".

When you say you never win and are never able to cash out, I fear that this is either confirmation bias, maybe play on for too long or you are just very unlucky. Unfortunately this is not something we can help with.

However, since you also mention not cashing out untill you are at least break even this sounds like a potential flag for a gambling problem. Not saying that you have a problem, but chasing losses can be an indicator that you might have an issue with controling yourself when gambling. We do provide help to keep yourself in check.

You can find an overview here:
You do not have permission to view link Log in or register now.

And you can set yourself session limits, deposit limits (daily/weekly/monthly), loss limits and wager limits. If all of that is still not enough, you can set yourself a time-out or even self exclusion. In the event you choose for one of these, I suggest you do it for all casinos where you have an account.

You can set your own limits here:

I completly disagree that the bonus system is pointless. Playing each week with the 50% match, some weeks I lose (own funds + bonus), other times I win and can cash-out without any wagering. It's only worth re-depositing if you win big with the bonus funds to meet wagering.

It's nice to see a rep promoting responsible gambling to a player on a post, don't think I've seen that on here before

Ok maybe i missunderstood the bonus system. So if i win from cash balance with bonus active i can cash out whatever i won as long as it is not won from bonus money?

100% correct. You don't even need to meet the wagering requirements of the bonus money :).

Ok then i guess my statment was wrong and i take it back. I have been avoiding deposit bonuses because i tought all wins where locked until wagering was completed. But in reality this is indeed a really good solution, simular to mr smith where you can cancel bonus and cash out if you win with the cash. Thumbs up!

Well had to deposit couple of times as i had dipped into the bonus funds, to clear the WR, but just withdrew 800 and left me 50 still to play with  still waiting for my docs approval but im sure its all gona be clear and paid in the morning ;)

Guess im getting punished for my negative comments here.. Lol i had 250 euros inn paysafe vouchers i intended to play after work.

But it turns out i have nothing to do at work today but to sitt here so i started playing in their mobile casino. Less than an hour i lose 2 deposits and it took 3 deposits to even get a bonus round. I must be the "unluckiest player" at royal panda because this is getting Ridiculus. In one hour i lose 3 deposits and 250 euros. Their having a laugh im sure.

Btw net ent mobile games must be rigged its impossible to win on them on any site.

Total deposits: 3840. Withdrawals 1500.

33 concecutive losing deposits totalling 3478 euros. My average bet is around 1 euro pr spin.
I excluded for 6 months and i return to the same poor results. Im sure anyone can agree this is shitty stats.

Hi luringersmart,

I suggest you have another good look at my last big post about the topic. I understand that you are frustrated about losing, but honestly it's not something that we have any influence on. I strongly recommend you have another good look at the responsible gambling page and the self control options that we provide.

They are not rigged. Plenty of people win, but a vast majority lose (which is the nature of the game). Some lose a little, whilst others lose large sums of money.
As was explained previously, because the games are designed with a small house edge "the law of large numbers" comes into effect. It only needs to be a small house edge because in it's simplest form:

€100 balance, playing 100 €1 spins with exactly a 95% RTP = €95 balance.
So €95 balance, playing 95 €1 spins with the same 95% RTP = €90.25
Then 90 spins = €85.75 return

And so on, gradually reducing down to zero. Of course, it doesn't happen exactly like that. Sometimes you'll get God-awful RTPs and other times you'll feel like you can't lose (sick heaters).
You'll get long spells of losing, and long spells of winning. You are currently in a long losing spell. You really should stop at least with Royal Panda for now, because it's clearly not enjoyable for you and you are mad to continue feeding it.

It's getting to a point where your judgement is definitely clouded. Neither the casino nor the games are rigged to make YOU lose. They don't need to be because of the house edge.

Nothing is rigged not with reputable software providers even though it can seem that way. And to say mobile is rigged and the other not is major mega tin foil hat territory.

By far not impossible to win on netent slots some of my biggest wins have come from games such as Twin Spin ect .... and the casino themselves have zero control over rtp or payouts from any
of the games. Its built into the software that over time we loose ... sometimes we loose allot sometimes not.

Guys

I didnt know this rule was here when playing DOA for bonuses...max bet £1:eek:

1.32 In the interest of fair gaming and fraud prevention, wagers placed using bonus money are subject to a maximum bet per game round limit. In most games, the maximum bet permitted when playing with bonus money is $7.50, €7.00, £5.00, or its equivalent in another currency. In the case of the following games, these operate with a deviating maximum bet of $1.50, €1.40, £1.00, or its equivalent in another currency, when playing with bonus money: Dead or Alive, Bloodsuckers, Kings of Chicago, Hellboy. In case of a breach of this rule, the player agrees that his bonus and any associated winnings may be void.

Sorry didnt know melvin clarified this in a earlier post..bit stingy though if you only play DOA, and when using bonus funds £1 max bet is not very much at all.

Hi Wobble33,

It's correct, there are a couple of games where we have restrictions on bonus money bets. These restrictions only count while playing with your bonus balance though. When you are still playing with your cash balance there are no restrictions, even if you do have an active bonus.

I haven't checked the thread all the way through, but I am not a fan of the bonus model - Unless that has changed? I used to be a fair player at Casino Euro - They took the ability of me to play DOA on a bonus away - They lost my custom...

Apart from the way your bonuses work, this would be a huge contributing factor to me never playing at RP again.

It's not so bad when it's on this casino though, because you only use your cash to wager the bonus, and then you can play doa on high stakes.
To even wanting to wager the bonus you can make sure you have enough bonus so it's worth it. That you can make with other games, cause you do play other games too :)

That wasn't the best explanation so I suggest you do go back and read the whole thread:D

Sounds similar to how I remember it. So to put a hypothetical scenario forward, I have 200 In bonus and 200 cash. I wager at roughly 2.70 to 7.20 a spin. 200 won't last long and in the event I do not have any CASH to re-deposit I am stuck playing 0.90c a bet. Further to this, all my play is worthless and I would need more cash to 'wager' these bonus funds if I happen to win.

Lose lose for me.

This part is true, but if you happen to win 5000 while playing with your cash you can cash this out with no restrictions. You don't need to meet the wagering requirements. Playing with cash never has any restrictions on Royal Panda, no matter if you have a bonus active or not.
