Royal Panda bonus terms complaint

:D

Signed up in may, made two post's, both is about Royal Panda and explained quite good how easy their bonus system work and how quick their withdrawals are.

No, chayton, not shilly at all. ;)

Thats true... But everyone is new for while :)

And first I was worried and asking. After experience I said its good.

Here little about Royal Panda and this bonus.

First i won a lot with bonus money. After winnings still needed to wager +5000e. I deposited 500e more and reached the wagering limit.
I did all this on Saturday. I contacted customer support at saturday evening and they answered at same day (officially they said they are not open at weekends).
They kept on responding at sunday and I had my winnings on my bank account at Monday and I am talking about more than €20k.
Very good casino! Bonus is maybe strange, but customer service and withdrawals works great!

I recommend this Casino!

Bit suspicious about this - a bank transfer actioned during a weekend and sent to an EU country would usually hit a bank account on the Tuesday earliest or a Wednesday.

Mmmmmm.....

I think it's time for a bit of Bully:

Hi all,

Random’s win was a genuine win. And if there are any doubts about the validity of his posts, I’m sure one of the admins won’t mind confirming that his and my geographic locations are entirely different using quick DNS lookups on our respective IPs.:)

Regarding payment processing times: we’ve tried our utmost to ensure that payouts are processed as quickly as possible. Firstly, our payment partner issues bank transactions through a series of local banks around the world. That’s to ensure that our customers get their money as quickly as possible. And while it does depend which country you’re in, it’s not unheard of for bank transfers to go through within a day.

Secondly, even though our customer service team is available for customer enquiries mon-fri 13:00-22:00, we do keep certain operations running over the weekend. This includes assisting customers with urgent issues that can’t wait until Monday morning, and issuing payments. And big wins are definitely part of that. Also, we like to post up stories about some of our big winners. Case-in-point, this news story here:

Random: congratulation with your big win, and thank you for your honest, friendly words about Royal Panda. If anyone else has any other questions or points I can clear up, just post ‘em up and I’ll do my best to answer them.

IMO the lesson here is clear, don't play at any old (or in this case 'new') casino which is unknown. It's far easier and less stressful to play accredited. If something goes wrong, you've got the insurance of a PAB, far better than being out in the cold, which happens in most of these pot-luck cases.

I disagree. Most casinos that's accredited today have started out like this.
There is a rep for this casino that's willing to help and that must mean something.

I agree when it comes to some other new places and I'm always one of the last people from here signing up anywhere. I still say that this place and their rep seems to be nice hard working guys that actually are willing to listen and want to do their best.
I might be naiv but I think they deserve a chance.

I almost start to sound like a shill myself;)

Evereyone has free choice. Though, for me, when a casino is ok with using a shill, then I'm not ok playing at their casino ;)

You don't know that. I agree it looks suspicious, but since I've been talking to the rep some I thought he seemed a little too smart to do it this obvious.
I choose to believe him and true. It's my choice.

Hi folks,

And there was me thinking we did a pretty good job processing a €25k payment within a day… :( If it helps, here’s a screenshot from our payment partner’s system, showing the moment the payment was processed:

*Sorry for the strange angle, I couldn't add it horizontally.

In Malta – and I believe most other European countries, including Finland – the traditional May public holiday is always on 1 May. I think I’m right in saying things are somewhat different in the UK (where I’m guessing dunover is from?), where the May bank holiday is always the first Monday in May (regardless of what date that actually is).

So because we operate out of Malta, and because our payment partner uses a network of local banks around the world, a payment issued on 5 May to a person in a country where the public holiday was 1 May, wouldn’t be affected at all.

Hope that clears things up. We try to make real efforts with our payments – like the six minute payment that was mentioned earlier in the thread.

Thank you :notworthy for letting me win over dunover...at least when it comes to the bank-talk :D

I'm sure some will believe he was a shill anyway.
I do not, but time will tell...

swift code is finland bank, does not see any reasons not believe rep and random.
Bonus looks ok for me.
Mark, players from Belarus can play and get bonuses?

Hi Homerbert,

Yes! Players from Belarus are more than welcome. Only players from the USA, France, Spain, Israel, Turkey, France, Italy or Belgium are unable to create an account at Royal Panda at this time.

All players that are able to join Royal Panda, are entitled to our bonuses and promotions as well.

tried them today, no wd, but only positive experience, fast spins, no any lags, it is pleasure to see new casino like this. Good luck, hope to see royal panda in BoF first, than accredited

I apologize for my cynicism, and you have given a plausible explanation in which case the service was very good to the player.

Until the Panda rep arrived, it did look (to me and others) highly shillish behaviour. Well done to Tirilej too, for being a more trusting person than me......;)

Thank you dunover
I am normally a good judge of a person. If I feel that a rep here seems nice and trustworthy I trust the casino too. That's maybe stupid but it's typically me.
There are reps here that everyone likes, but me, and I wouldn't defend them for a second and don't trust them.

In this case it was good that they were questioned, just so they could show that they are serious;)

Yes, it looks suspicious when someone joins and the first thing they say is about a huge win and how they got it really fast etc. Maybe it's true though and maybe the casino is legit...time will tell.

Have been considering promoting Royal Panda so i signed up and took the Welcome Bonus. Initially, I was confused with the wagering, but soon caught on easily.

Lost my initial Cash balance and managed to take the bonus up over 1000 - naturally, I thought, OK, let me deposit to try and complete. My efforts were in vain, so i ended up losing the cash, continued playing with the bonus and busting out.

All that Bonus play COULD have counted for something elsewhere. In the end, it was a royal waste of wagering to be honest. I understand their structure, but to keep depositing to meet WR is ludicrous.

Next step was Free Spin offers, deposited and got 100 Free Spins, again, and as noted by some in this thread, you need to deposit to complete wagering. So you deposit 50 today, get a few free spins the next day, and unless you have a cash balance, all the wagering is in vain.

There is no guarantee you WILL make wagering unless you have a real nice cash balance. Playing a streaky slot can kill your cash easily in a few 100 spins. Overall, the Site is OK, I haven't had the pleasure of withdrawing with 3 deposits already, but that is largely thanks to their bonus structure.

Places that have similar requirements are Mr. Green and Vera John, but alas, you CAN complete wagering with a bonus.

I may use their Free Spins - IF they are Free, but in general, you deposit to get them, lose, get credited the next day and you need to redeposit to complete wagering. Its a real double whammy on players - Two deposits and you may not even meet wagering. You will need to wager MORE than you actually need to at RP in the long term with all their offers.

On the other hand, if you are a Cash only player, you shouldn't see any issues.

Nate

I signed up there about a month ago and took the welcome offer, i knew about the weird WR rules beforehand as it had been discussed here at CM.

I won a bit and decided to redeposit to complete the WR, unfortunately i lost a lot before meeting the WR but i left with a profit of 430€ in the end.

Verification was somewhat slow but within reason, it took nearly 24 hours. However it took a further 36 hours to get paid to skrill, no idea if there is a pending period or if they are just slow.

As they don't offer any decent bonuses apart from the welcome offer i self excluded.
The weird bonus structure is sure to confuse a lot of players.

As Nate said if you are a cash only player I'm sure they are ok, but then again if you are a cash only player you should pick a casino based on loyalty rewards/comp points and payment speed so all in all i see no point in playing at Royal Panda.

Was angry on this terms at first look. But after some time passed - i really think it is not so bad, and have some advantages.
You can WD any time you want AFAIK, if you have cash balance. Generally - you playing always with cash, but for some amounts of WR you clear bonus/bonuses, and awarded money for this.
Using their current advent calendar is big +EV, still can't forget doa 50FS each 2.25$ value. For deposit of 25$ only.

About a month ago I also gave them a try. I was informed through this thread her before, and knew about their bonus structure.
I deposited just a tenner ad got the bonus, lost my cash kind of fast and was playing with my bonus funds. I said to myself wtf if this doesnt count for wr ill at least try to make it big, and did some 5€ spins on arabian nights.

This paid off, hit the feature on 3rd spin, won about 380€. I dont remeber exactly how much wagering was still left but it must have been around the 350€ mark. So i thought it through and came to the conclusion that by redepositing cash i should end up with a profit. Playing rather modest slots, trying to bet in a way that i stay on my cash as long as possible as this it what counts for releasing the bonus funds. In the end i made deposits in total of 120€ to release my bonusfunds and was left with a nice profit. I knew before it can only end profitable if i stay on my goal and not play the bonusfunds away by betting too big.

For me this was a rather uncommon bonus structure but it was fair and square, has it´s pro´s and con´s. Lucky for me my initial deposit was small, so the wr was doable and in the end profitable.

The payment and verification was pretty fast, and like mentioned above despite of the welcome offer their 30% monthly match is not very appaling.

I would recommend them anyway, game selection is good, payments are fast. You just have to make sure you udnerstand and calculate the bonus correctly and it may end up profitable to redeposit in order to clear the wr.

Just so I understand before playing here...

If I deposit £100 and opt for £100 bonus (Starting balance £200) and win say £2500 on Dead or Alive when playing within the first £100 - I can cash in no strings attached straight away without any wagering?
