Really this whole debacle would be laughable if I wasn't 3,600 out of pocket

Anyone got any other ideas about how I could get my money? If I wanted to sue them how would I go about it?

What's Bryan asked me to do exactly? Here's Max's final email to me: "If you have a final message you would like me to forward to the casino on your behalf I would be happy to do so. Beyond that there is nothing more I can do for you on this issue. In particular I will not engage in further discussions or debate: I'll forward your message if you provide one and that is all."

Does that now make CM dishonest, untrustworthy liars, as they are saying I should have taken it further after my PAB...

Im my experience, those who are prepared to lie to get what they want in one area are very likely to do it again in others. You admitted yourself that you lied to setup another CM account, and no, it doesnt relate directly to your R69 issue, but it does tell us a bit more about you as a person.

You are pointing at 'multiple forum accounts' that the aggrieved party has NEVER ONCE denied. And this so-called 'multi-accounting' is the one and only thing you hang your hat on for calling him a liar, cheat, fraud his behavior dishonest?

Again, there is no evidence of the player casino multi-accounting, there is no evidence of the player being connected to illicit accounts.

There is no allegation of any player impropriety that can be rationally responded without that allegation being explicitly and properly put.

There is no claim that the casino is any way out of pocket or has been deprived of anything be that cash, money, credit, advantage et al.

We don't have a crime - we don't have anything stolen.

Thanks pangloss for your logical posts, you put accross exactly what I am thinking in better english than I could.

I'll try not to come accross as a scarastic git, but it's hard. I've had my reply to all the stuff CM and Max has said on the matter, so I am happy now.

Really, I didn't want to undermine their forum, it's just very hard to take being accused of doing something I've not done, espcially when it involves 3,600 of my money

You're right, usually I just volunteer my time once a fortnight for such an organisation as Ive never been 100% trusting of all 'charities' only very selected ones so I dont often give cash. Also, when I do donate cash its more than $50.

I am surprised you arent banned for flaming. Since you seem so intent to see your version of justice done I suggest you start a site similar to CM and accept PABs from players where CM and Max had them rejected.

And yes, I said in an earlier post that I am also game in donating $50 to charity like Nifty so make it $100.

1st off if I was told they couldnt help me I would look for other outlets instead of posting like a raving child

Obviously those who wish to make a contribution to this thread have already done so.

Leaving this open seems to be attracting the shit-birds (meaning those who've come here to cause trouble and contribute nothing). Having the OP come back again and again in spite of our expressed wishes that they piss off makes no sense so I'm closing this discussion.
