Think he meant talks as in how i'm was going to get my money back to me. To be fair the Rome rep on here has been helpful so I have nothing against him, I only come on here to have a moan, I had no idea someone would get me my money back.
Anyway, so received my money via bank transfer, I deposited into Rome by Neteller though. Apparently there was a 'backlog' with Neteller payouts. Evidently, to get to the front this queue you have to wait over 5 months.
Also, I was told NOTHING about what was going on the whole 5 months. Live chat seemed sympathetic and said someone would get back to me, no one ever did. I sent about a dozen emails over the 5 months with no response of what was going on. I threatened them with contacting the gambling authorities, legal action, etc. The other week live chat seemed to respond to me by asking me not to take any further action and a manager would look at it the next week. 3 weeks later I heard nothing then posted on here..
Anyway, right pain in the ass but happy I got my money back thanks to Rome being scared of a few people reading about it on here.
I'm sorry, but I have to call bullshit on that lame assed excuse. This is a casino I would never do business with after reading of your experience.This would not happen at a reputable casino. A good casino would have figured out how to get your money to you way before this. Foul!
