After looking closer at my deposit and withdrawal history, I realised that I wasn't paid as per their statement

1. You have not been paid an amount equivalent to the sum of your deposits, and
2. When you last logged in, you had either
(a) a pending withdrawal or
(b) an account balance greater than the minimum withdrawal amount

So I mailed them back asking about it, and behold, today I got another 100GBP from them to my NETeller account. I guess they still have some money in reserve after all. I felt as they were dividing the remainder of their funds, but I guess they're still keeping some of it..

I'm getting nothing. I inquired at the aforementioned email address and they replied that my overall withdrawals were slightly ahead of my deposits and therefore I get nothing even though I had a 700 withdrawal pending when they went offline. Crummy plan.
