Tsars.com withdrawl pending for almost 3 weeks

Hi,

Since a couple of years I play on tsars.com
I have never had any problems with withdrawals. Over the years I deposited a large amount of money, and occasionally I win something , and most of the time it is deposited on my bank account within a couple of hours.
So last time, I requested 3 withdrawals on 01/06/24. The first 1000eur , second 300eur are still pending. The thirth withdrawal of 500eur was succesfully processed.
I sent several messages to the support, but the only thing I get as a response is that I need to wait for the Financial Department , and that there is still no update regarding this issue.. I cannot believe that there is no update after almost 3 weeks...
So, is there anything you can do ?
I'm afraid to not to get anything paid out.

Hi voordelol. Have you solved your problem with the Tsars?

I played there for only 2 days, requested a withdrawal and my account suddenly became suspended and for 3 weeks they cannot explain me what's going on.

I feel something really fishy with this casino.

I'm really worrying because my account is still suspended at Tsars and I repeatedly get the very same robot-like response for my multiple requests via live chat and email (last one of today):

Tsars - Where the limits go past the skies

So nothing happened and the casino is definitely stalling the situation. Should I write an official PAB? What do you think?
