We've heard back from them regarding your specific situation and they're saying that they have not received this documentation from you. When did you send it? Did you by any chance send it via registered mail and therefor have confirmation that it was received?

Hi Max,

As of this writing, no there is no response yet. Karina (the Telemarketing Manager) promised to check back with me personally via phone today, Monday, in the afternoon. If I don't hear anything, I will call her and let you know what's going on. Again, she said it is taking about 21 days to send the checks out from the day of the withdrawal request. We'll see what happens. If I get it within the 21 day time frame, I guess I would be satisfied, it "is" a considerable amount of money so I just hope I get it. I will keep you and this thread informed. Many thanks for all your efforts.

Well that isn't the case in my situation since I will hit the 30 day mark tomorrow from my withdrawl request. I haven't received a single email since my withdrawl and the only communication was through the online chat feature which I posted here. I just initiated another chat session and was told the following:

Interesting that they say other payment methods are taking the same amount of time. I'm guessing the Solid Debit card is what they are referencing.

HI, Sorry, I haven't up dated. My home computer crashed. (When it rains it pours) Anyway I spoke with Karina last week and I faxed her a copy of the check. She recommended that i open a solid debit card, other wise it could take up to 21 days before a see a replacement check. She was very nice.

Last night when I got home there was a fed x notice on my door. Strange since I'm not expecting anything from fed x. Maybe this is the replacement check?? I'll know tonight and get back to you. Keep your fingers crossed for me.

I just received an email from Golden Casino indicating that my pending payment has been processed and a check is on it's way via FedEx.

If history repeats itself I should have it before friday.

I think it's safe to say that it's pretty clear that the nudging from MaxD has helped. Thanks!

Well it looks like everyone's getting a positive response from Golden Casino, except me. Like I posted, I shared to you my conversation with Karina. I'm glad gamer32 was able to speak to her, as I said she is/was very nice.

I haven't heard back from them about anything. She didn't call me back yesterday as promised, so I will call again today.

I hope I get some good news like you guys, either en e-mail or a fedex notice.

Can you please let me know if and when you receive your check via fedex. I, too had received my first payout via fedex a few days after an email giving me a routing type number. Just curious if you got paid or not.

As for gamer32, from experience I also received a fedex notice on my door without expecting one. I "did" find out that it "was" a check from GC and of course I was happy, but that was a few months ago and it was for a small amount of money, the one I'm waiting for is quite larger.

So, I would appreciate it if you guys can tell me if, indeed you got paid...as I am waiting for mine. I mean I'm glad you guys are getting your checks, but I'm getting more and more frustrated knowing that there's no action/movement regarding my situation.

And yes, thanks max for doing all you can.

(btw, I just spoke to Karina a few minutes ago, she has "no news" for me except that she said she is waiting to hear from accounting regarding my case tomorrow and to call her around the same time. She also said that they have a "limit" on how much payout the send out to the U.S. -- Also, I understand while milemaster got paid first because his account has been waiting for processing longer than mine.....)

Cris, congrats! I agree, this forum makes one feel that "you're not alone" -- although I have no response nor any positive news from GC (nor Karina), I hope it's my turn next. Also, Cris, (you forgot to thank me, I was the person who told you about Karina and her number) heh heh..... (teasing), so, I get part of your winnings? LOL.

Anyway, to all the others who got their payments, congrats. I hope I can feel the same way someday soon (happy, content).

Cris, just so you know, I just spoke to her and we were talking about you actually, she said you got your check and even explained to me why your check bounced the first time. (General talk, nothing personal, no names, account number, etc) -- only because I said I introduced you to her. She is in now, and I spoke to her for about 20 minutes a few minutes before I wrote this. Good for you. It looks like mine is going to take longer because she told me that they are processing people who asked for a cash out (from the beginning of November, and mine is not until later).

She is very nice like I said but the delay is just frustrating. If you do talk to her again, just mention that I always have said positive things about her and am spreading their "efforts" on these forums. They are NOT denying payment, just delaying (banking problems.) Anyway, just mention the "guy from New York" and put in a good word for me, a little nudge and good word might help a bit. heh heh....

Max, thanks for all your support too and everyone else. (I'm just waiting for my turn, I guess)

Sorry it's taken so long to respond as the holdays tend to absorb any possible free time. I received the checks last week and deposited them without issue. My first check I deposited 45 days ago remains cleared as well. Thanks for all your help MaxD.

I have been reading through the forum for a couple weeks now searching for answers. I too am waiting on several GC's payouts. Not sure if the moderators or anyone else can help my particular situation but I would be grateful for any help at all. I've been waiting for over a month since my first withdrawal.

Below is what has transpired. I don't feel comfortable disclosing the actual amounts of the withdrawals, but can give that info to any moderator that may need it to help:

11/22/07: First withdrawal of [$undisclosed amount]
11/28/07: GC requested documents (ID, CC statement, etc)
11/30/07: Documents Submitted
12/06/07: Documents Approved
12/07/07: Pending Payment of [$undisclosed amount] established.
12/15/07: Second withdrawal of [$undisclosed amount]
12/16/07: 6 more withdrawals made
12/19/07: Pending Payments of the above 7 withdrawals established.

12/27/07: Still waiting, no responses to emails, no ETA on payments, the same run-around as other people after multiple calls and chat sessions.

So, the bottom line is, I have a very substantial amount of money pending and no clue on when I will get paid. I thought I would give this a shot since nothing else is working.

Any suggestions?
