You are just wasting your time and efforts with this bunch Doc and life is way to short to worry yourself over $50...but there are about a 1000 places you can post about these crooks online to help get them some more negative attention...if I were you I would spend my free time doing that if you are that pissed with them...good luck

Didn't see what? The Rogue section?

Give me a break. You knew exactly what you were doing.

Over two years ago you were getting the runaround from Cirrus casino
https://www.casinomeister.com/forums/threads/cirrus-casino-alert-again.13706/

But they finally PAID you - so I guess you felt that was a sign to continue patronizing this crappy clip-shot joint. Don't plead ignorance here - you will get zero sympathy. It's players like you who keep these bottom feeders in business.

Um....Have you ever heard of Google? It's a search engine that a lot of people use. Go to

and search for "cool cat casino +problems"

See what comes up

Maybe take this up with J Todd, who seems to feel Virtual have turned over a new leaf, and deserve a second chance. Here at CM, we knew better, and your experience has vindicated this view.
There REALLY is nothing Max or the Meister can do - Virtual do not care about being in the pit, and are finding other ways (spamming) to attract unsuspecting players. Venting in the forum does at least populate Google with links to posts about the problems with this outfit, and makes their SEO folk have to work harder to keep negative issues out of the top 10

There is no way they ever intended to pay out on this free chip to a non-depositing player, hell, they still owe a DEPOSITING player who won off a free chip over at Palace of Chance.

If you feel like another crack at a rogue, try Silver Oak, as they have a rep here who has put his ass on the line (but won't give his name, nor that of anyone else involved), and swears that their rogue ways have changed. This will at least give us some more data to see if there is any merit in his assertion. They did at least pay anniemac off a free chip, even though it had to be dragged out of them.

It could have been worse, they could have said you had to deposit first, and THEN tell you they wouldn't pay anyway (come to think of it, why didn't they - are they losing their touch:rolleyes:)

Cool Cat constantly send me this very same free chip offer, and I get similar spammy offers for many of their other clip joints. You are meant to lose the free chip, and then they entice you with some silly bonus promising not just thousands, but TENS of thousands of free money. The resultant WR is mathematically impossible unless you hit VERY big, at which point they will refund your deposit because you must have "abused" the bonus to have won.

ONLY if you are tens of thousands down with them will they pay promptly, offer VIP gifts and bonuses, and even turn a blind eye to some breaches of terms lest they turn off the gravy train by upsetting you. One member here can testify to this, she posted about how well she was treated, how prompt even a big cashout was paid. It turned out she was down many MORE tens of thousands than the cashout, and when one day she hit even bigger she discovered the royal treatment evaporated and they started not wanting to pay out because it would mean giving back all they had won from her, and then some.

Casinomeister, really now, are you not a known advocator for players who asks for help?

I agree, ignorance is no excuse. But asking a gambler, not to gamble doesn't make sense
either, even if it's at a rogue casino or not? A gambler, gambles, they take risks.

Either accept to help, or decline, the belittling a player for where they play, not nice!!

To be honest, I get the feeling the Meister's patience is wearing a little thin lately. This is the second time the complaints section has been closed for newbies. The first time, it was tried for a while, but lead to posts such as this cropping up outside the complaints section. This time, Max assures us the decision is here to stay, as there is no alternative way to cut the workload down to manageable levels.

A member of 2 years is expected to have browsed the forum for long enough to know the score with some of the most notorious rogue casinos, and certainly ought to know that taking a free chip from a Virtual casino is no different from having a "fun mode" account in that whatever you "win", it isn't ever going to be real money.

There may be a greater chance of roasting this rogue by posting this complaint over at J Todd's forum, as this would at least throw a spanner in the slick PR that is working in overdrive to convince some affiliates that it is worth promoting at least some Virtual group casinos (those who are part of the Gambling Wages affiliate program). I do not know if this is the case with Cool Cat, but it wouldn't hurt to try.

I will do it then, play at a rogue you are REALLLY gambling.

If someone helps these crooks stay in buisness what should this forum do?

Pat em on the back and devote hours to helping something that cannot be helped?

Bryan doesn't have a magic stick that he uses to magically fix casino's

It takes a lot of work and literally hours of communication for just one problem

multiply that and then someone asks for help with a rogue.

Hello?

Read first! Its all there in black and white.

This time, Max assures us the decision is here to stay, as there is no alternative way to cut the workload down to manageable levels.

Sorry to quibble VWM but I assured no one of any such thing. I did explain why it was in place and the function it served. I would never have said it was "here to stay" because that is BB's decision to make not mine.

If you were to ask me my guess is that it'll be there until it isn't, likely replaced by something that does a similar job for us but better. :p

Perhaps I should have made that "BB assures us.....".

It is being hotly debated in another thread, and so far Bryan has resisted all pleas to reverse this decision. It may get replaced by something better, but I can't see a complete reversal to how things were before.

Maybe some will say it has made little difference, and this thread is testament to that, it is a complaint, but is now in the general online casino section instead of the complaint section (until it gets moved that is).
There will always be this problem for as long as it is possible to post a complaint in a non-complaint area, and moderators will have to move the threads (or lock them) accordingly.

Maybe we could call this one a discussion, as there was never any real chance of a complaint making the slightest difference, and for a while, newbies will see Cool Cat mentioned in a negative way without having to look into the pit. We seem to be discussing whether anyone should even play free chips here, knowing full well they are not going to pay.

Despite all the bad press these casinos get, they stubbornly refuse to die, whilst, quite unfairly, good casinos have struggled, and one or two have been forced out of the market because they cannot afford to stay in (Lasseters, for example).

As I said, accept to help or decline.

HELLO??

The player DID NOT deposit, used a freebie, so how was that helping them stay in business??

I think he's declining.;) Bryan's scolding is intended as a tool to remind us all that this group of casinos cannot be trusted. And I feel players are helping them just by playing at the rogue casino because it gives the casino the secure feeling that people are going to download and get trapped into playing by using those free chips. Maybe the player has some good luck and decides the casino might actually pay them, only to find out they will not be paid. JMO.;)

I see on your site xxxhttp://www.casinogamblingpromotions.com/ you promote Simon Says with a $30 free chip.

Of the peeps that don't deposit via this, I'm sure others do. Otherwise I doubt you'd be promoting them on your home page or bolding the $30 free chip.

It's the same with VCG...Of the peeps that just use the free chip and run...A sh#t load of other poor suckers deposit. That's exactly how the clip joints owned by Virtual Casino Group stay in business.

I don't think I can explain it any clearer than that!

Cheers

And jumping off of a cliff is risky too, you might get hurt when you hit the ground.

I'm not wasting my time with this, I have more important things to do, like my taxes, contemplating CAP roguedom, or catching up with emails. Sorry, Docx79 will not get any assistance here.

From his Cirrus problem two years ago - this is Christine - ex-casino manager:

Hello Bryan,

I just cannot believe what I read about this free chip guy! First of all he did not talk to me yesterday or any other day... I believe he is just making all this up and even editing chats.

Second, he did not had such conversation with Jon, I went through all phone conversation records and Jon NEVER told him that he was the manager of the casino or promised him the payment that he said...

Third, he did give us the incorrect NETeller account number, please see below:

7/25/2006 6:40:31 PM Neteller Withdrawal 45xxxxxxxyz
($100.00)

This is the account that he gave us. When accounting tried to pay the $100 they realized that the acco9unt # was invalid. Then on Monday he gave us the account # 45xxxxxxxabc

He got paid the $100 last night as a prove that no one in this casino ever told him that he was not getting paid as he stated.

Regards,

This player knows what he is doing - and is fully aware of Casinomeister, its rogue pages, the forum, how to use google, etc., etc., etc. As far as I am concerned, he has nothing to complain about.

And for those of you who think that accepting free chips from rogue casinos is not patronizing them are just as stupid. As soon as you give them any personal information like your name or email address, you have just become a commodity for them. They can sell it at a later date, or entice you with offers too good to be true.

Like the saying goes...a fool and his/her money are soon parted. It is so true in this industry.

I agree. But it doesn't seem your style to call someone stupid over something relatively small like this. Are you okay?

"You" as in second person plural :D

I call players who knowingly patronize rogue casinos "stupid" - that's my style.

And yeah, I'm fine :p

Yep, that USE to be my site, and yes, and might
have Simon Says somewhere else.

Is Simon considered 'rogued' here? A clip-joint?

on a slightly different line, ive come across alot of forums where they allow there members to post all these free chips from rogue casino's without posting any sort of warning,
couldnt we name an shame these forums or whould that be considered slanderous,
or put a warning up about these forums because they are just as bad as the casino's themselves,
just an idea

Hmmm!! I might not into this as die-hard as you bigger affiliates, but I am not any more stupid than any one here. So do not EVER call me, or even think I am stupid!!

I can show where many bigger affiliates gives what some considers a 'rogue' operation MANY chances, over and over, so what does/did that make them?

At least you said you have declined, good!

Okay, then I will restate so I do not offend: the "act" of patronizing rogue operations is "stupid". :D

You can do stupid things without being stupid, btw.

And if you are referring to me as the one who gave the Virtual Group "many" chances, to set the record straight I believe it was twice over the course of several years.

There was also a time where Fortune Lounge, Jackpot Factory, and English Harbour were all in the rogue-pit. I gave them a chance to get it together, and they were able to pull their bootstraps up and do a good job. It's a good thing to give people chances to improve one's operation don't you think?
