Casino Complaint Rockbet casino doesnt want to pay me! Dont play there

Hello,

I deposited 50€ on rockbet casino (

) via Neteller (and for some reason Neteller says money went to "www.romecasino.com") and started play, without getting any bonus. After reaching 100€ i try a hand with 100€ bet and... Blackjack xD I know, this is so stupid but I felt I had to try. Sent all documents to their support (including a bill!) and they said documents were ok but... Since I requested my withdrawal of 250€ (24 november 2014) they try to make me cancel it and play everytime. I screenshoted everything, because this casino doesnt seem very legit for what it says. Some screenshots are in italian so Ill have to translate.

I dont now what to do, I keep emailing them but they NEVER reply. They talk only in chat and they keep saying only bullshit like "keep playing and we'll pay you" that really doesnt look very legit to say. Its none of your businnes If I want to keep playing or get my winnings.

What can I do? :(

They are as rogue as they can be. If they are with Rome casino,(Top game) then it gets even worse.
Mix that up with the other three also rogue rivals, Play2Win, 21Grand and Supreme Play, then you have one of the worst mix of casinos you can find on the net.

Never heard anything good about them, ever.
You shouldn't give up maybe but consider the money lost and play at good casinos after this.

Sorry to hear about it but im afraid you picked a real dodgy rival casino to play at.

Chances of you getting paid are very slim but I hope they do pay you.

Obviously this forum cant help you because of the casino involved tho there is one person that might have a chance of helping but even then I doubt it.

But you could try pming Dieter from Refilliates Casinos to see if he could be of any help or could offer you any advice. He probably cant but its worth a try as hes in charge of the only decent group of rival casinos there is and I know he hates the way rogue rival casinos behave.
 
you should have looked for this forum before you deposited at an unknown casino.
why would you even deposit there when you have 100's of reliable casino's.

you definately di not find that casino with a random google search.

you only get to play at a rival casino if you're from the u.s. or if you played everywhere
and just wanted to try the software. even then you dont get here.

if you buy something online for 50 euro, everybody is going to look if they can get it somewhere else cheaper and if that store (in this case a casino) has any form of half decent reputation.


it might sound a bit harsh, but 9 out of every 10 topics started here and in the non pay bonus thread, are made as a 1st post from someone.
 
I'm sorry but as I said, there was really a great offer of an in-game currency if I had deposited 25€ on rockbet casino (why 50€ then? for withdrawal) and since I did this exactly operation tons of times (and never had 1 problem) I really didint think there were rogue casino. And by the way, yeah I googled around "rockbet casino" and never seen that it was a "rogue casino", I always seen that somehow they paid in the end.

Your chat transcripts (assuming you translated them OK) are as rogue as can be. The disgraceful ethos of this casino runs right through Customer Service too. I was staggered once when a CS agent once recommended to a player at another casino to bet on roulette numbers according to previous sequences - a random game! I was also once advised that 'thinking positive would help me to win'!!

But this is about the worst CS chat I have ever witnessed. 'Prioritizing players for cash-out who deposit more and play back winnings'.:eek:

Tell them that you always try out casinos with small amounts first to test if they are OK, before you use your Mastercard and deposit a couple of thousands to highroll as you usually do. Ask them if their manager can make you an exception from their policies, send you the money + give you a match bonus for 3000 that you will use next time.

You should put them back (what you removed) if you can't PAB as removing them has taken the context from my and others' replies.

People really need to see them, to ensure nobody ever goes near those sites. If you want to help others, please replace them.

Yeah I had already added them back after seeing that Cockbet was in the "no pab list" :(
 
I know it's no consolation to the OP, but did a little digging.

They are trading as 'TVMUK Ltd' in the United Kingdom, but are listed with the Government as 'DORMANT' and have not made any profits or made taxable payments since registration in November 2011.

All Deposits of 249 USD/EURO/AUS or less have a max withdrawal of 10X the deposit for that specific play session (all other currencies pegged to USD). Once a withdrawal is requested, the casino applies the 10X rule and corrects the withdrawal to accurately reflect the 10X rule. And go read the one that says that if u dont play for 3 months or more they clear your balance... Thats why im so in hurry, because almost 2 months are passed for me (but my balance is 0, i have 250€ in pending whitdrawal)

And chances are that they're just stalling until that time is up to try to force you into depositing even more. I supposed you could try finding one of those places who advertises them to see if anyone could try to help, but honestly, I think you're going to be out of luck with this.

Big update:

Ok apparently the casino contacted me and looks there was a bit of miscommunication, since one of their manager was completely unaware of the big delay in my payment and told me i will get paid within 3 days. Maybe this was because I couldnt send a electricity / gas bill (since its not me paying it!) and had to send a screenshot of my bank account where it was shown my address. Looks like not everyone was warned about this and so they were still waiting for my documents. I hope I will get paid now. Thanks casinomeister and everyone who helped me, ill keep this thread updated when Ill get the payment :)

It may be "resolved" for you because they paid you - but I would rather see the thread left as it is.
If fact, I wouldn't be surprised if they only paid you on the condition you asked for the thread to be closed - that's the way these sort often work.

This thread has been VERY useful, it's 100% confirmed that the Rockbet Group are owned by the extremely rogue Rome Group (something I found out about back in 2013, but had no proof), and it has also lead to the casino heading into the pit where it belongs.

Who did what we don't know but I guess they didn't want this kind of publicity.

They have earlier tried to silent players, and no matter if you feel you want to forgive them now, I suggest you should not do that.

Don't be fooled! 2 months then you raise the issue here and with Rival, and funnily enough you suddenly get paid! Like I said, the chat alone you posted here is enough to get them in the pit regardless of receiving payment. We all know the story now, you cant 'unring a bell' as they say........
 
True but its on the forum that someone suggested to contact directly rival that was completely unaware of this big delay. Im not saying anything except that the forum and rival itself helped me resolving this annoying situation.

The AffCoins group share ownership with BestPay Partners as far as I recall (Play2Win, 21Grand and Supreme Play). I am surprised and disappointed to see Rome casino being brought up with this. From what I remember the Rome group is also tied into the Real Vegas group so this is a huge network of casinos all of which have very legitimate reasons for players to avoid them.
