Rizk incredible gesture!

I just hit a very big win on Koi princess there and my stupid phone didn't capture the screenshot! I told support and they said they will try to retrieve the picture.
They said it will take a few days to investigate and in the meantime I can have a goodwill gesture wager free 10£!

This is after telling him I have just cashed out 357.50(355 after fee)! I asked him why after I've just won big? and he tells me you are still overall a losing player!
This is unheard of!

Thinking this could be my favourite casino now...

They are absolutely incredible. I've shared a lot of feedback and E-Mails with the Manager and they are spot on. You guys can be excited of what's coming.... I can tell you guys i've had many cashouts, questions and feedback and everything was taken seriously and with a lot of effort.

They can't beat Videoslots at the moment because they don't have a VIP manager like Kenny but they are my clear Nr. 2 (I guess i feel a lot about them like lots of player feel about Guts)

I've had already a few nice gestures because games were running slow or there was a small issue with a cashout.
