Also, you nor I happen to have any insight whatsoever as to why the player's WD wasn't virtually instant.
Hell, it could have been as simple as shift change, staff meeting or bare-bones staffing due to hr, to flagged acct.

We all know for THIS casino, quick is the norm.
And to be fair, Rizk isn't the big entity some others are.

End of day, only the Cap'n and staff know.
But if the player needs 5min WDs, his prerogative. I'm happy to have/see the RARE delay for quick, active responsive and inteligent staff.

Fully agree again, could be simple or a host of problems.

What i think puts the expectation higher with places like Rizk, Guts, Betspin is the fact they charge for every withdrawal. Once we people pay for something we expect it to go seamless and quick.

As for my experience, Rizk is paying fast, hence they will get more of my deposits.

Bit rude

Lots of things are hard for me to understand, Including complex algebra, why my kids never listen and also why some players think 2 hours is a long time to wait for a withdrawal.

Not rude at all mate. It's rude to tell me what I should think.

When I deposit I can play in seconds. No back up controls at all. Is it really my card? My internet bank etc? Only a verification can tell if it's really my card, bank. No no. You're welcome to play immediately.

So, why should I have to wait hours for my cash out?

Let's say you're in a store. Your products costs €900 and you give the cashier €1000. Will he/she say "sorry mate, we don't process pay backs on late hours or weekends. You have to come back tomorrow or on Monday to get your €100 back"

Would you ever buy anything in that store again? Do you think that store will stay in business?

Slow payments 5h+ make me sick and it's unbelievable people still stick with those casinos. I can't believe it's even legal.
