Because of the holidays I was busy celebrating Christmas/New Years with family and I only got around to contacting Captain Rizk about signing up for the beta on the 24th of December. He got back to me on the 29th and I only filled out the registration form on the 3rd or 4th of January
I had a problem off the bat when a chat rep said that I can't get the beta testing bonus even though I was promised it by email just a few days earlier. After I said I would close my account and contact Captain Rizk about it, they suddenly said OK. Even though this was sorted out it still put a bad taste in my mouth.
I had a 2nd problem and this caused me to close both my accounts at Guts and Rizk casino.
The chat rep said I'm still eligible to enter the Rizk feedback promotion.

Am I still in the running for the $500 for the best feedback?
[Mon 9:20am]
Nicolai
: Yes, you will.
[Mon 9:20am]
Cool, is that $500 bonus money or real cash?
[Mon 9:21am]
Nicolai
: That would be bonus money
I went about entering the competition and I put a lot of work into it. I had 2 and a half pages of bullet points about improvements, bugs, and whatever other thought that entered my mind while playing. I tested everything I could; I triple checked that the wagering counter was working properly, that the wheel couter was going up as inteded, and so forth. Even the different weightings for the games, I tested that they were all granting the correct amount of playthough. I'm not going to list the whole 2 and a half pages but you get the point.
I was just about to hand the feedback in on the the 5th of January and this is what they said:
"This was a genuine mistake from our support agent. Hopefully you understand that mistakes can happen, especially in the beta testing phase. Sincere apologies for this. However, it was clearly stated in the email you received when being accepted to beta test Rizk.com..."
Guts is not willing to take responsibility for what their chat reps say.
Everyone on the forum knows it will lead to trouble because the next thing you know they will be denying someone a big win because of it.
To their credit they did offer me 30 super spins which was clearly inadequate as I had put a fair amount of work into the feedback and I deliberately played down my balance for the sole purpose of testing before I knew that I was ineligible for the competition. I passed the wagering requirement with about $150 withdrawable. I think if I were to enter the competition I would have at least been a candidate for winning and I most likely would have passed the wagering requirement for the beta testing bonus with a higher balance.
