This is a pretty bad business decision IMHO: When a new casino opens with lots of publicity they are BOUND to get a massive influx of new players wanting to give it a try - they will probably never again get so my sign-ups in such a short time span. But it is totally counter-productive and shooting themselves in the foot, if they then piss-off those new players with poor service and drive them away with exactly the same feeling as posted above.

Being run by GUTS, I have every confidence they will get everything sorted out and running smoothly in the near future, but when will these operators ever learn not to be in such a hurry when it come to the launch?

Well Captain Rizk was able to sort it out for me. Apparently someone had made a mistake and put the withdrawal on hold because KYC were missing, even though I was specifically told in the live chat that KYC isn't needed for such a small withdrawal.

I guess I could've contacted Cpt. Rizk before posting here at all, but I didn't really expect there to be an actual issue with it, and just felt like expressing my annoyance at the long withdrawal times. Even more so knowing that the casino is related to GUTS, from whom I've heard great things about though I don't play there myself.

I withdrew a very insignificant amount of money (1.5x my deposit) on 10th of January. Asked on 12th of January why it's still pending .. Live chat said that there's a lot of withdrawals and that I'm only in a very long queue. Exactly how long of a queue is it if it's STILL not paid, now 15th of January? Presuming you work 8 hour days and do one payment every five minutes, that'd still imply there's thousands of pending withdrawals .. That, or it's a one man show.

You have to remember this is not good practice but it is a new site, I seen many people playing taking up the 200% offer so the site will be busy,, 1st withdraw always takes longer in any case, Once thats done than there shouldn't be no need for verication and what comes with it,
I agree that its not good waiting but I put money that after the first withdraw and sites cought up than all will be good,

Edit:: They have onsite document upload so I would advise anybody to pre verify before hand, Than when it comes to a withdraw its sorted

In this case it was because the KYC were partially complete and so it went into the wrong queue and was on hold waiting for completion. It is a great practice to upload KYC documents early in your life cycle at Rizk but not mandatory, particularly where the withdrawals are relatively small.

If run by GUTS, why not same fees (ok, granted, still independennt, so their call, but still)
Why can't docs simply be migrated? Surely they're accessible..same team, same security team no?

Hi refre, yes I am afraid that you will still need to go through KYC at Rizk even though you may be verified already at Guts. As a separate company we have to go this procedure again for licencing reasons.

hey dionysus, sorry to hear this. We thought long and hard about sms verification and weighed up all the pro's and con's knowing that for some people it wouldnt work and in the end, for a number of commercial reasons, we decided to go for sms verification.

For others that can register, you can change the settings in your account so that you arent contacted by sms and/or e-mail in future.

deepsky - the aim was to set up the payment fees to be the same as Guts, PM me your e-mail address and let me check this for you.

And no - signing up with sms doesnt mean that you are going to be spammed. we will send bonus info occasionally that we think you will find useful but even that you can opt out of in "my account" section

I had hoped to be able to give all the CM forum members an update by now. We believe everything to be in order and for the licence to be rubber stamped in the near future.

All i can say is that we are continuing to push and believe that everything required has been submitted and we continue to wait for news.

Suggested Rizk to my friend and she enjoyed it. Tried to give it another go. Don't want to pay for text service on my phone just to register so had my brother beside me and used his phone (I'm as reachable by his and once registered, can always insert MY phone, which is data and talk, into the details after).
Tried around 10 times - got the sms and code and each time entered it said error, though the code came through fine - just wouldnt work on the casino end. CS couldnt resolve it either.

Which reinforces, not much point in paying for text JUST to register if the sms their side isnt working regardless.
The casino really needs a second method, like email in order to register.

Question for the Captain - is the wheel calculated on wagering and does it register if you claim a bonus or not? What we wanted to avoid from the start was to be giving "cashback" which generally only benefits you when you are losing - we wanted to create a system where everyone benefitted equally whether you are winning or losing. Added to this we wanted to get rid of as much bonus related bullshit as possible which is why ALL WoR prize have zero Wagering Requirements whether the prize is money, or any type of free spins or even the jackpots.

Clearly I understand the situation that Onkel gets when he/she has been losing and gets (what feels like) a realtively small prize - we want to avoid that sort of feeling. I was actually not winning at the point played through the wager was having the deposit amount back at the end but i enjoyed it atleast had an 14h long session
