SO I thought I was verified back in 2016 at Rizk. But following a withdrawal request yesterday, this is not the case. More documents required.

Sent these off last night and they still haven't been processed. Contacted live chat and was told it may take up to 24 hours. Seriously? What is the point. It is not that I can reverse the withdrawal because I locked it.

Is this the kind of service to be expected from a top rated casino?

Ive closed my account here due to this and getting humiliated by getting 3 free spins on the Wheel of risk mostly... GUTS didnt even accept my documents when all other casinos did at the time.

Many thanks for your reply Captain. I have sent you the particulars via PM and something happened.... namely another email asking for a copy of the front and back of the debit card. Don't understand why this is required when my most recent deposits and withdrawals have been via Skrill?

Have uploaded them in any case and am now waiting payment with baited breath.

Did they change the cashier?
After a couple of months absence I returned to Rizk today.
Had some wins and wanted to cash out.
There was no Skrill though, only Trustly.
I don't want casino transactions on my bank account though, so I may have to move on.

I actually used to spend a fair bit of time shaking my head at that rediculius wheel. Thats one account im glad i closed.

I have had a rethink, This is obvious pre programmed, Your nether going to hit the jackpot or big free cash, This shit should be banned as its a con, no doubt about it. I know all slots are programed and if your going to win than you win but the wheel is the iccing on no cake and just piss people of more

Nether and I mean it, DO NOT go after the next level thinking you will hit something good, been gambling to many years and we should know better, this shit should be pulled of the shelfs ASAP

Captain contradict him self earlier in this thread, he stated the wheel is RANDOM, than stated that high rollers should benifit for the bigger prize, I agree but do not state the wheel is random when its not,

If you bet big you get bigger prize, what I have no worry about that, you bet big you deserve beter things, but do not go about saying its random no matter how much you bet as its BS, if I had the poxy cash to give them I would but alot of players are on tight budgets, I not ashamed to say this, I am who I am, no matter if I had £10 in my pocket or 10 million. I am not changing for shit-

I've just been playing on Rizk and would like to know your opinion what's just happenend to me.

I was playing Jewel Blast, quite lucky and after a couple of ~ 10X - 25X bet I decided to raise my bet to 2.50 Euro. After some rounds I was lucky enough to win more than 100X my bet, unfortunately don't know exactly how much and haven't made a screenshot, but think it was something about 258,-

When I openend next game, I saw my balance hadn't been credited by this win and in my gaming history for some strange reason I only can see my results to just a minute before this win, so can't see anything about it.

Immediately contacted live support, only thing he said was "most likely a connection problem and this game round hasn't been played on their servers at all, this is a common slot issue".......

I couldn't believe what I heard and immediately cashed out my other winnings (225,-). Problem is I can't prove anything, but in all the years I've been slot playing I've never ever had this problem, never ever heard of something like this. Before blaming Rizk of unfair play, I want your honest opinion about this; really bad luck??
 
That is a pile of BS from Rizk CS. If you were shown a spin result - loss or win - then it generated a RNG result, hence it should be recorded on the game provider's servers. Imagine the huge loophole it would potentially open, if that would be common..... e.g. after every big win...."oops, the game round hasn't played on their servers, tough man but you won zilch". Completely unacceptable, casinos and game providers are required by the regulations to have traceability, even for game disconnects.

I would ping the @Captain Rizk to have a look.

Yep @Harry_BKK is right, if there was a game round then it would have been registered - communication error or not. The only situation where this is different is when for some reason you get logged out without realising. Play when logged out is not recorded against users for obvious reasons.

PM me the e-mail address you signed up with and i will get the casino guys to see what happened here. I am on holiday currently but will try to turn this around for you as soon as i can

Hate to bother the captain

I had a cashout from rizk late last night....checked to see if it was in my ecopayz account right now....nope ....checked for an email from rizk...nope...
Signed into my account and the money was reverted back....go to CS....

They tell me I have to withdraw to my bank account. I deposited with one time use credit card. Disposable ones.

I dont have a bank account, just a business bank account. Chat services tells me that I need to open a bank account. I don’t need or want to open a bank account.

This has never been an issue.
why do they accept these cards? And why is it I had to go to my rizk account to know my withdrawal was rejected?

This has never been an issue and from now on I will not use this deposit method however I still have a withdrawal that I can’t get.

When will you allow Canadians play BTG games... so many other casinos like Videoslots, Casino Casino, Play OJO and more let Canadians play BTG games and yet on your site and some other games are restricted. As I understand it, it comes down to who distributes the games to the casino; i may be wrong and im sure others will correct me if need be

Yes you are correct - these are supplied to us via Nyx (Scientific Games) who deem Canada a restricted territory so do not allow play on any games that they supply whether they own them or not. We are looking for other solutions to this so that we can offer them in Canada
