Not sure why your attacking me to be honest as my comments were actually praising Rizk and imo 8/10 is quite a high rating.

It seems you and others don't like new members very much so sorry I upset you. I will close my account here and try finding another community to join were I can share my experiences. :(

Even when posting a big win I state how much it cost me in deposits so other members have a clear picture what happened, see the "marathon" thread.

And i don't think that CasinoMeister is that new to you or you to CasinoMeister! Your posts don't have the characteristics of a newbie..... again, just my opinion!
 
I will admit that I play mainly on their mobile site, but I'm surprised to read all the previous comments because I've had nothing but good experiences at Rizk.

The mobile site runs great from my end and games all run very smoothly.

The only problem I've ever had here is my lack of luck and withdrawals, but that's not Rizk's fault. I'm sure it will come. ;)

I joined up a long time ago but since then only made a few deposits now and then as I focused most of my business towards other casinos I was a VIP at. However, since recently closing my accounts at two of those regular sites (Trada and Guts) I have been looking for new sites to play at and Rizk has become one of those sites.

My only one issue with Rizk is the lack of rewards for regular high depositors who may burn through deposits and not get much play time in return.

As I said, through no fault of Rizk for some reason my luck has been terrible at their site, and after numerous fairly large deposits and short sessions over the past week, the only rewards I received in return for my loyalty was approximately $25 - $30 in free spins winnings from the Rizk Wheel.

The Rizk Wheel is an excellent concept and fun, however it seems it's not programmed to reward prizes according to a players expenditure, therefore to prizes are the same for someone who may have deposited $20, or a player that deposited a $1,000.

This does seem to mean the wheel is very fair and even, however it offers very little incentive for larger depositors to continue making larger deposits. Hence I started playing more regularly at another new site I tried Casinoroom as I was getting much better rewards for my larger deposits and better luck with the slots overall.

Despite the poor luck so far, I'll continue to play at Rizk because I like the fun site and Rizk wheel concept, however with very minimal loyalty rewards for larger depositors I think in the future I'll be giving Rizk the odd smaller deposit and leaving my larger deposits for some of the other sites I play at.

All in all an enjoyable experience despite the losses and no withdrawals ( yet ;) ) so I recommend Rizk mainly for low rollers and give them a solid rating of 8/10. :)

I'm not sure what your final sentence even means really, and again you're making assumptions by the sounds of it. In a sense I guess you aren't completely wrong as I've been a long time reader of the forum and only recently built up the courage to join and contribute. That aside I've been a long time online player and in case you weren't aware there are many other gambling forums around so that could explain why I don't have newbie characteristics as you say.

Ironically I was initially hesitant to finally join the forum as I noticed a pattern in how new members were often treated by the more established members.

Against my better judgement I finally joined and I have you to thank for confirming it was obviously a huge mistake.

Thanks goatwack. You've definitely made me feel better and I appreciate the friendliness, however I really can't be bothered going through this type of scenario each time I post so I'll be retreating into the shadows once again and going back to lurker mode.

I must say you're posts (and jonmincers) have always made me laugh even before I officially joined so please keep up the good work for me. ;)

I don't know what I'm missing here but again I don't know what you are talking about, however this was not a disagreement of any kind. I simply posted my review of a casino, a positive one at that, and for some reason many people took offense to this. I really don't need anymore people to chime in and tell me how uncool I am, as I've got the message loud and clear that I'm not welcome here.

Anyway you can all rest easy as I've contacted the owners and asked to have my account closed, but in the meantime I suggest we leave this conversation as it has nothing to do with Rizk now and that's not fair to them as they are a great casino and funnily enough my review said as much.

He was suspended a couple of times, but I don't remember what happened at the end, if he was banned or left on his own. He probably thought that making a new account would be better - starting fresh without any past issues coming up.

I talked to him a little bit back in the old days, and I never really had a problem with him, but he ended up being mad at me too.

How many times does one need to be verified at rizk?


I have a cashout pending for 700$ ....I have had many cashouts....many times all year....and I have been verified Over and over....credit card, ecopayz, identity....I'm sorry I'm being treated like I have done something wrong...my debit cards have to be verified before I can deposit and that takes 24 hours...so I used ecopayz...


And now I get an email stating I need to be verified...seriously?

And then there was this technical glitch.... ...my balance of 750$ Went to zero suddenly while I was playing golden ticket...it left me with 12 cents...went to main page and it was 12 cents...I had a mini heart attack...contacted CS and they fixed it...

Just noticed they have a withdraw fee....this is naughty if I win I expect to get what I win not have to pay a fee.
That's really poor, surerly they make enough not to have to charge there players a fee...sad really as it puts loads of people off.
It's why I rarely play at casumo,the deposit fee is shameful. I pay to lose as it is, don't expect to be charged for it.

...and I've always consider it silly to complain about. It's just to not do those last few spins and then cash out $2.50 more than you had planned. I've always done that so it doesn't bother me at all.
I would never pay to deposit though, which I won't be asked to since I use webwallet only.
Any kind of cashout would be nice right now though. Fee or no fee :)

UK banks do not do this and are unable to do so. I have the bank statement for the payment made back in December they won't accept it. Customer service are extremely unhelpful and won't look for another solution. They believe that this is in there terms and conditions in fact it's not, apparently it's gaming rules it's not. I've had no issue with any other casino because i lost a card on verification. I'm extremely dissatisfied. Maybe they will read this and actually prove they deserve a spot on rank at casino meister

The op is correct in terms of cards , upon new card were told to destroy old card via cutting it up & there is no way to show unless you have a old copy on your system , i still have a old card floating in your system , banks generally dont like to send over old card details as its a fair amount of hassle for them.

if the players is being a regular then i cannot see why theres any problem , all this does in frustrate the player & niggle them , causing unnecessary unease with playing within the casino from that point. you could indeed lose a fair whack of players via this route.

im sure the Captain shall indeed sort it out )

Highlighted part!! I can assure you they have done over and beyond the necessary to make a stamp here at CM And goes to show as your situation has been sorted :)

With the card fiasco it is a nightmare and reason being different country's use different methods and different rules (money laundering is one in the U.K) Its not going to change any time soon so you would of thought casino's would have things in place for this, Simple solution would be to verify any payment method whiten 3 days or so and get an auto email stating this, There is one site where it bloks withdraws when use a another card untill you send details in, Hense withdraws take a few minutes there as every thing is in place :)

Signed up to Rizk recently and it's a very polished site I must say. However, there are a couple of things that let the site down -

1) Deposit and withdrawal fees. I've never encountered anything like it in all my years of slot-playing. What's worse is that the fee is percentage-based when you deposit, which discourages me massively from spending decent money. I cannot imagine depositing again any time soon and incurring this charge unless there are games exclusive to the site that I cannot play anywhere else.

2) Difficult to find RTP% info on a lot of the games, something I'm used to being able to do on other sites (Sky Vegas etc).

3) Variety of games available is pretty decent but not as good as a lot of other sites these days.

4) The Wheel of Rizk is very obviously weighted and as such is probably not the best way of presenting the delivery of the bonuses.

Signed up to Rizk recently and it's a very polished site I must say. However, there are a couple of things that let the site down -

1) Deposit and withdrawal fees. I've never encountered anything like it in all my years of slot-playing. What's worse is that the fee is percentage-based when you deposit, which discourages me massively from spending decent money. I cannot imagine depositing again any time soon and incurring this charge unless there are games exclusive to the site that I cannot play anywhere else.

2) Difficult to find RTP% info on a lot of the games, something I'm used to being able to do on other sites (Sky Vegas etc).

3) Variety of games available is pretty decent but not as good as a lot of other sites these days.

4) The Wheel of Rizk is very obviously weighted and as such is probably not the best way of presenting the delivery of the bonuses.

Just play at videoslots or slotsmillion, kick the so called "captain" and guts off their high horse, not sure why they think they can charged fees to begin with.
