Well i cant said anything about vegas regal than THANKS,they are the best rival casino,and i received the best treatment in my life,i cashout sometime freechips without problem,they were kind with me,i guess that you must do something wrong like to have 2 accounts with them
 
Just send a message to the Rep. Nicholas Johnson. If there is something that can be fixed he can do it. They are #1 in Customer Service IMHO of all Rivals.:thumbsup:

What happened is we no longer take players from Israel. That is why this player's account was locked. We will be sending the player the money owed via our own corporate account, since our processor no longer will process for Israel.

I will be informing our affiliates of this change today. I was not aware of this situation until this complaint came up. I will also be going over our other Israeli player accounts to make sure there aren't other similar situations. I apologize for the confusion and delay in reply.

I've respected your posts for the most part, but you're going wayyyyyyyyyyyyy too far with these attacks. If you would have read into Nicolas' post, you would see that it is Vegas Regal's PROCESSOR that is no longer accepting transactions for those living in Israel....and therefore, it seems that it is out of the casino's hands.

I believe everyone has the right to comment on a forum...but this is rude and inflammatory. Nicholas does not deserve this..it was the PROCESSOR. What would you like them to do? You need to apologize and read the entire post before going off the deep end. We need to keep the Reps. we have rather than chasing them away.

They cannot cater to those in Israel due to no way to transfer funds (Processor). That is in no way a racist act.

As to their choices about serving Canada and the States, I think its due to their location that they don't serve Canada and as for the states, I applaud their not bowing to entities to which they owe no explanations.

In November/December of 2008, there was a lawsuit filed against Rival/Black Chip/Gaming Solutions/Unified Support Systems/6300511 Canada Inc., of which the principals of the company(ies), are four Canadian residents. The lawsuit was for breach of contract in the amount of approximately $460,000. It was within a month or two after this that Rival decided to stop taking Canadian players....probably fearing that any proceeds gained from the CDN market would be up for grabs should they lose the suit. Who knows with them....I put them in about the same group (or close to it) as Virtual.

Oh...and after the stupid fiasco they tried to pull with the One Million Reels B.C. progressive jackpot, someone supposedly legitimately won it a week or two later....and voila!!! Lawsuit go bye bye.

But that's Rival, and has nothing to do with Nicholas personally...not that I know of. He is a good rep on the forum...but it's just so sad that he has to work for an outfit like Rival...with their database of "bonus abusers" (translated anyone who has ever won at any Rival) and their white label business model.

Not really fair to hold him responsible for the sins of the owners. He's an employee.

Our bonuses are also fair (our sign up is 300% cashable bonus, no max cashout, 30x playthrough). Our odds are fair. Our software is tested. We run constant bonuses that our players love. We respond to forums. We listen to players and make changes based on it.

I think it is unfair to lump all Rival casinos together just as it would be unfair to lump all RTG casinos together. We aim to have an unblemished track record, and so far we have maintained that. To put us in the same group as proven and unreformed rogues is unfair.

That's my opinion Nicholas....sorry. But again, I'll say that I think you are a very good rep here. And I think you do an outstanding job, given the circumstances.

Did you ever get the bosses to agree to pay out progressives in a lump sum, as they should be? Because to say that progresssives aren't an issue, doesn't really cut it...if you dole out a progressive win in payments of 4K a week or whatever your limits are. There is NO reason in the world that a progressive shouldn't be paid all at once. It doesn't come from the parent company and/or the casino in question. It SHOULD come from a fund that keeps those progressive donations entirely separate. When it's won, it should be paid.

Nothing personal at all Nicholas...I think you're great. I just hate the company you work for..and think they are about as dishonest as they come.

I get your point re: RTG's/rogues. IF I were to ever play at a Rival again, I'd have to say that the only one(s) who would ever get my business would be Slotocash (which has been confirmed to be independently owned), and perhaps yours...and that would be solely down to you. However, if your operation is a "white label" of the Bonne Chance/Silverstone group...then even you'd be out of the running....as I would refuse to give them a cent of my money. JMO...and nothing you should take personally.
