Rival Support and their incompetence!

I played this week in Mayan Fortune, could cash out a nice sum and on their webside is written: "we always aim to process withdrawals in two business days or less." but after i went to the chat support and asked a "lady" named Suzy, she told me, that it takes up to 5 business days, although i told her 10 times, that on their webside it is written, that it takes only a maximum of 2 days, which was for me the reason, that i play here, because i hate a 5 business days waiting period!

I even showed her the side, where she can read it, because i thought, she know not really her own casino terms, but she always told me the same crap, like "that's the way it is on all rival casinos!" but that's certainly not the truth, because we all know, that there are much rivals out there, which can pay out faster!
Even after reading her own terms (we always aim to process withdrawals in two business days or less.), she only meant "There was an mistake because they didn't update the website" which is for me only a big joke!

I know certainly, that the chat support is for all rival casinos, but they should at least know the different terms on different casinos, or not?

Was this the very first withdrawal at Mayan Fortune? Were your documents approved? The reason I ask is that (even though I have issues with them because they bonus banned me again after winning) the first time I withdrew it took a couple of days to get my docs approved but the minute they were I had my money within a couple of hours. All Rivals, to my knowledge, have the 2-5 day rule. Not all follow it, some are much faster (I even had one that paid with NO documents).

Maximum of 2 days cashins. I have to confess I loved Mayan Casino. But I had a few to many wins and have been bonus banned for months and as far as I know there is not any rep on here. I also loved Pantasia as well, same thing though.
 
I got this '5-day' shit when I contacted Irish Luck live chat a year ago. They never seem to learn. Some casinos are breaking away from this tradition though. Pardon the pun but those who still stick to the stupid rule will soon be left behind.

Yes, as i said before, but even Slotocash have this in their Cashier written, so i think, that's a standard term from Rival Software, but when this extra rule is written on their homepage, i must certainly think, that this is true and not what the standard cashier term says, because thenn i must also wait 5 days on slotocash and all another rivals out there ;)
Royal Apollo is also brandnew and paid out within 2 days, but the main thing here is, that the chat support told me always only these standard sentence, although i could show here, that this is not the truth and that i play in very much rival casinos, which cashout much faster, than these 5 days, but i had the feeling, that she didn't believe me and wanted to tell me, that it is not so and i'm a dreamer *lol*

Btw. at Simon Says the chat support could even not tell me, how many points i earn for slots playing and on which VIP level i am, because they have no insight to this *lol*

Why can't have every rival casino their own chat support, which have at least a clue of what they're doing?
 
I agree with you but we all know it will never happen. I pester the heck out of them until I have an email that says "documents approved" or something to that effect. Once that is done there is NO excuse for not paying immediately.

7 days ago I had a win at Simon Says Casino. My win came in last night to my QT. They always take long and I am no longer playing in casinos where I have wait about a week for my cashin. They always do this. I did not have to send in Documents they already have them from previous wins. They just take there sweet time.

I too made a withdrawal on Monday the 16th..and got an email this morning..that it will be "sometime" next week before my withdrawal will be processed at the Rival casino I played at..well, they lured me back...after closing my account with them, and now I know why I closed it...
Pardon the pun but those who still stick to the stupid rule will soon be left behind.
Very true Chuchu59...Once I get my funds..it will be closed again..permenantly or until they get with the program...and stop jerking players around!

Very interesting, because i've wrote Kendra a PM and asked aboutb how long the payouts take in Simon Says as a VIP and got this answer:
"While we strive to get all withdrawals paid within 2 business days this can sometimes take a little longer (hence the 2-5 business day rule).
once the cashin leaves the casino's hands and goes out to the Processing dept there isnt much that we can do to hurry it along.
While the cashin still sits in our hands, we can flush the withdrawal and send it for processing right away.
This will definitely get you paid faster but unfortunately we are still at the mercy of the Processing company when it comes to actually paying."

So i must probably also wait these 7 days for my withdrawal, which is certainly unacceptable (specially as a so called VIP user!) and makes me also to never deposit there again in the future!

Sure they can, they choose not to. I had a strange email from them when they said sometime next week for mine and it was "coded" in the subject line (never had this before )...but since I questioned their time frame..I became a code with their reply..

Anyone know what this means??? has been classed NTF - VIP 3 - ND 14 and this was in the subject line WITH my login name..

Btw. i've made on wednesday morning 4 withdrawals on 4 different rival casinos (paradise8, cocoa, mayan fortune & simon says) and not anyone of them could make my cashout before the weekend (within 2 days) so it takes at least 5 days, when not even 7 days, when they really use their stupid 5 business day rule!

However, now i could at least uninstall these 4 casinos (i surely will never play there!) from my computer and have more space ;)

You little devil! :lolup: Had me believing..I am a gullible blonde, you know! Mine will be over 8 days by the time I can hope to get paid...and it was Paradise 8..I am so tired of the 5 day ruel..running into 8 to 10 days..How can they justify this?

They are all becoming a bunch of LIARS in my book...5 days my pattoie...! More like a week and a half to two weeks if you get lucky anymore...

pure bull 5 days 10 days etc to process a withdraw. Its very easy for me. Soon as I know a casino takes longer than 24 to 48hrs (MAX) to process a withdraw no matter if its to neteller or back to my bank then I never deposit their again EVER!

That's the same thing what i also do now, because there is really no reason to waste my time with this long withdrawal crap!

Now at least my desktop have more space :)
 
I agree with you eu-lowroller - if their website says two days max on withdrawals, then even two days and one second is unacceptable, to say nothing of five days!!

Remember however that no casino is perfect, and sometimes things go wrong. If you like a particular casino, then try to be understanding, because you hurt yourself only by acting like an impatient child (no offense).

There is a Top Game casino I had good luck with, but when it came to withdrawals, they took over seven days, even more, and they did not flush, so I said goodbye. LOL, they keep trying to get me to re-deposit, but I will not re-deposit because of that and nothing else.

If I know (from casinomeister) that a casino takes too long to process withdrawals, I will not play there (like you).

Let us know how it goes.

By the way, looking at the cashier page, I see that the key word is "aim" not "guarantee". In plain English, that means "try". I still think anything more than two days is too much.
 
There is a Top Game casino I had good luck with, but when it came to withdrawals, they took over seven days, even more, and they did not flush, so I said goodbye.

That's why i'll never play any Topgame Casino, because they have all very long payout time, as i've read here on the forum.

But as we both said, more than 2 days is unacceptable and with the weekend it's gonna be a minimum of 5 days so with this 5 business day rule it will be 7 days and that's only unnecessary timewasting for me.

I have equally had the same amount of run-around and crap - and whenever I have complained, I have gotten the same response - "it's not us, it's the processing people". Well, if there is that kind of time lag, then hire more people.

So, for me, the upshot is:
What casinos pay out quickly?
Of those, which are recommended by CM?
Of those, which take Canadian players?
Of those, which have flash gaming (I have a Mac)

If there is even one that meets those criteria, I will drop all the rest in a heart beat.

How can they claim this when they take money faster than a blink of an eye..but can't get the money to flow the other way?? Such a bunch of garbage...geezes..If that were the case...monies deposited would't come out of your account for 8 days either for your deposit, and boy would that be a mess!

Ok, i've received now at least my $380 withdrawal from mayan fortune, so it was 3 working days (5 days with the weekend) which is certainly not so bad, but when they write on their side, that it takes a maximum of 2 working days, then i should can expected this, or not?

However, now only 3 another cashouts left, so let's wait, how long this take ;)

I think you should contact support then, they always pay within hours, not days.
They also process during weekends, my last cashout was on a sunday, got paid within 6 hours.
 
I had cashed out from Mayan on a friday night, submitted my docs they requested Monday morning. Had my cashout Monday afternoon. The next weekend cashed out again, had my payment Monday morning as well. I think they just like Monday's I'm guessing, but I've always found them to be reliable on paying. Just a matter of being patient with them. They do pay within the 5 business days just gotta have patience with these folks. I know for one that Mayan does use the central support system from Rival vs there own. So they do seem to not know what's totally going on with each individual casinos accounting department, but I dunno at least the payout time frame isn't horrible there. I mean there have been worse that take weeks or months to payout. To me the small wait is worth it in the end. Plus I kind of like the deposit bonuses.

Now I find that interesting because that was the only reason I went back to them to play, reading how fast they paid..I guess they are taking a page out of Paradise's book too!

I would like to say that Paradise8 customer rep Julia, is really a great girl...she has always emailed me on what is happening and has been very kind in free chips...she was the only reason for going back to Paradise8 (except for believing on fast payouts as they promised...NOT!)..
