Casino Complaint Rival Casinos immediately "flag" accounts after signup and refuses to honor bonuses.

(Pretty pathetic for a 60x WR 1x max cashout $50 NDB, if you ask me...) I wanted to get a feel for their casino.

Maybe the on board rep can contact me to resolve this issue, or at least give me an explanation, in private? I simply wanted to post this here, so it's publicly known what people may expect to happen from them upon signup.

I'm assuming that I've hit their "threshold" by claiming ND bonuses in the past (since day 1 of Rival in 2006 - 9 years ago. ) at this platform of casinos. In my defense, I haven't claimed one in at least 5 years, so I don't know what the issue is.

I won't name the casino in question, but they flat out told me that I've been labeled a "bonus abuser" by Rival.

All I wanted to do is try out SR3 (I wasn't even around for SR2...)......and have fun in the process. I could really care less about being able to cash out, it's just the thrill of that possibility. And I'm not going to play for free....it's a waste of my time, and I can do without.

I just know I'll never play at a Rival casino again in my life. It's not because of not being able to get bonuses (they suck anyways,), but for the mere fact that they're treating me this way.

I just wanted to clarify one fact that I forgot to mention:

I have indeed deposited (multiple times) at various Rival casinos in the past. It's not like I've signed up for every ND offer out there and never risked a dime. And adding to that fact, I've never cashed out once from a Rival casino. You would think that they'd want me as a player, being the loser that I am?

This is old news - Rival have always had this system in place, as long as I can remember.

I got "Bonus Banned" in June 2010 - after that, just about every new Rival casino I signed up to had "No Promotions Available" displayed in the cashier right from the off.
It's their prerogative to not offer bonuses - and it was my prerogative to just not play at any of those places - I took my money somewhere where it was appreciated!

It's a shame, because I do really like their slots and software in general - but if they don't want to give me a decent bonus I would rather play elsewhere.

It's pretty sad that they keep a database in place with very outdated information, from up to 9 years ago. If they'd simply check their records, they'd notice that I have not played at any Rival casino in at least 5 years. Oh well. Their loss, not mine

For your information, I have been gambling online for at least 12 years. I started playing at Rival casinos when they first popped on the scene in 2006. My online gambling days started pre-UIGEA.

having said this, yes, I have taken various Rival casinos up on their no deposit bonuses - to see how their games played, and get an idea on what the RTP% may be. And if I was fortunate enough to cash out, then that's an added bonus - not because of the miniscule amount of money, but to actually see how long it took to receive payment. Overall, I'm 100% loser at Rival casinos. Yes, that's right. I've never cashed out ONCE. I guess that still makes me a bonus abuser. *rollseyes*

But, this was WELL OVER 5 YEARS ago. I haven't played at any casino, let alone a Rival casino, in close to 5 years now.

Ask yourself this - would you jump head first into joining and depositing at a casino without "kicking the tires?" Would you buy a used car (or new, for that matter) without test driving it first?

When I found a Rival casino I was comfortable with, I would DEPOSIT, multiple times. If you'd simply check the records, you would actually know that, but instead, you use some formula set forth by Rival themselves instead of checking the FACTS. You are told by Rival that I'm a bonus abuser, but yet that is 100% not true. I'm very offended that I'm even being accused of this in the first place.

Rivals casinos have some central database informations so example if you in past registered in a lot rivals and recived welcome bonuses free chips - they can finnaly flag you accont and excluded from any free bonuses ( not only in one brand but in ALL Rivals ) im also flagged becose mayby 6-7 years ago when im start in gambling world in registered in a lot rivals to try for free - Now we have 2015 but my detailes still flagged and im cant got any bonuses in rival .

In my case dosent metter becose im personaly think 3/4 rivals in web is scam / high risk place - rest 1/4 brands from rival ( save brands) dont allowed polish players to recived ANY bonuses no deposit or deposit bonuses so rival for me and for players from my country cant offered nothing without playing without bonuses - only real money sesion.

For playing without bonuses im have betsafe / betson and few other brands who pay in few secunds instant to skrill.
